Room was ok ok only. Washroom was not good, basin and taps were not fixed properly. Also AC was not working properly. There was a power cut for very long time. Nevertheless if you are travelling with boys and are able to manage with poor facilities then you can think of staying here.

I faced Problems during my Last 02 night stay. No Bedsheet On bed , Just Bed cover used as bedsheet. Rooms and bathroom very dirty like a bus Stand, No water and hot water in Bathroom, I collected water from 2nd floor to take Bath, No AC, No TV, No Towel, No Soap, No tea, coffee. No Room service, No lift, No drinking water, Power Cut so many thimes. They just Collect the Money in advance so that the customer doesn't run away 😭. The New Owner who is running this hotel may be a fraud Star so be alert, You are lucky that you are reading this review before you check inn. Be Careful it's really like a bechlore Appartment. Don't believe in them .. they don't have etiquette to run a Hospitality buisness. Every time they tried to open your room when ever you stay, I don't what they want to check, they tried 02/3 times with me, when I shouted they run away. Very funny and unhappy 😭 Experience. This hotel should awarded Wrost Hotel in India.

WORST EXPERIENCE to stay in rishikesh. No hygiene, no responsibility, no service. Location is nice, they have a beautiful deck which gives a very scenic view of the Ganga river. But nothing they provide after that. We continuously asked for a heating rod for 2 days. Tv was not working, neither AC nor even the FAN. Why are they operating it if they don't want to care for their customers. Along with that surrounded by monkeys, they enter and disrupt the whole hotel.

Very disgusting place to stay at!! Dirty washroom dirty bed with lots of holes in bed sheet and geyser does not work!! Very rude behaviour of hotel managers and staffs!! Did not provide me water and even a soap in the washroom! No bucket of mug in the washroom!! Washroom was very dirty and disgusting washroom!!! Charged me 2500 for the room!!

Worst ever Hotel of my life. It should be removed from all hotel booking sites as it is lacking basic necessities like water in washroom, light, staff, plates, glasses. Very pathetic room service, manager will tell you to fill you water by yourself, they do not have time.
