Worst experience, no service person, location is too bad, narrow lanes, Not for SUV vehicles..No room service.. No proper light in the room..No lifts in the hotel you have to take stair for almost 3rd floor ..No wifi(they r giving wifi but it's not working)..No intercom in rooms, you had to go to Reception for order ( water, tea, or any other). NEVER RECOMMENDED ANYONE TO VISIT Hotel Namami Tapovan in my life..No literally minus rating star for them.

I went to this hotel recently, hoping for a good stay. But, boy, was I wrong! The receptionist was all over the place, couldn't even keep track of the rooms properly. They quoted one price but ended up charging extra. And don't get me started on the room! It was like a cave with barely any light. When I asked for a different room, they acted like it was a big deal, even though there were clearly others available. Honestly, the receptionist was so rude and unhelpful. They didn't even try to make things right. It's clear they have no idea how to treat guests properly. And the worst part? There's no easy way to get in touch with them if you have a problem. It's like they don't care about customer service at all! Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place like the plague. It's hands down the worst hotel I've ever been to. One of worst uneducated receptionist who don't know how to talk we was 15 people there.. She was behaving badly and saying this owner kuch nhi kr sgta she is from Delhi one of worst managememt hotel room book krne kai baad extra charge such a fraud

- Infrastructure of rooms is good, - Reaching the place by car is tough due to narrow roads but it's in prime location. - No view from rooms. - Booked the place after seeing the reviews but one of the staffs was not friendly and rather vindictive. Informed our booking is cancelled without prior information or actual cancellation in the App. Didn't allow us to extend the stay although there was vacancy and confirmation given by another staff. My friends who were sick had to shift to another hotel. Not good experience overall despite it being a well built property.

Worst room ever price is more than the market the picture of the rooms are not what wha they seem no service there was no staff we had to bring our own luggage up and down from the hotel no lift don't book this hotel.

Rooms are clean and neat. If you are booking under impression that you will get good view from room window don't book here.There is no view of mountains from any of the rooms. No proper service is provided. If you ask anything, just keep waiting. You won't get it. Hotel requires more man power. Just book a clean room and stay no service.
