Nice place to stay if in tapovan . But I would say that the location was very disappointing ,the area looked like we had come to a low grade colony ,the view from the balconies did not give a good sight. But the rooms were well maintained ,clean & nice there were all basic amenities. Just the thing I didn't like at all was that the service of breakfast , the breakfast had started and there was no tea or milk everyone was waiting, all the dishes were getting refilled at a very slow pace. And the pool is indoor so if you want to spend time in the pool this hotel is not a great choice. Overall nice hotel.

This is a very nice property I highly recommend. All the staff behavior is very nice and what's the most thing that I like is food and it is one of the best kitchen having in tapovan locality

A newly constructed and clean property which is easily accessible and very close to the main market. Offers good food for the in room dining. Courteous and quick staff!!! The hotel has hydraulic parking facility in the basement, so your vehicle is safe at all times.

Most hotels pictures in India don't correspond with what you get, here they do. We had a good experience in this hotel, they really tried to make us feel good and comfortable. We had some minor misunderstandings that bugged us, but I guess it was a language/cultural thing. We are generally happy and will book again if we go back to India.

Great hotel to stay. Just location is a bit inside rest service is very good. Room size is a bit small but Aanchal Mam on reception is very cooperative. Hotel staff is very nice. Overall Great experience 👍

Had a amazing experience with the staff they are very cooperative and helpful and the behaviour was also good really enjoyed the stay food was reasonable and we forgot a medicine packet of my niece and they some how managed to send it to us at haridwar so loved the staff ambiance and hospitality

Location is good and rooms are also neat and clean. Rooftop is also good Food is good, need to improve on fod delivery time
