THIS IS ONE OF THE WORST STAY IN RISHIKESH. If you want to spoil your holiday then go for it. Location is too bad and it is located in narrow streets which is too far from main road. I booked luxury room with balcony for my parents on 16 oct 2023 and the hotel manager keep them waited at reception for 1 hour saying that payment has not been confirmed by cleartrip even after proper confirmation by cleartrip over the conference call with me, this was very much disappointing. Service and hospitality was pathetic. Food taste was not good and it was even overpriced. Overall it was one of the worst experience for my parents to stay here and I suggest not to stay here ever!
