Hotel Chandralok

Mr. Ronnie ( Manager ) very cooperative and humble guy, And he guided us very well.. even after getting late on check out time he didn’t charge anything extra. Over all a very good experience and good place to stay & visit.

Worst experience so far. The manager denied check in. Very rude staff. The rooms lacked basic amenities. Booked through Agoda and the manager said the booking was cancelled and didn’t allow.

Doesn't even deserve one star. Staff was too rude. None of the room was clean. Soap, water, towel nothing was available. Staff was drunk and knocked on the door at midnight. Poor service. We booked 4 rooms instead they gave us 3 and even included money for 4. We asked for extra matrice but that was not even provided. One extra room was available and the next day what we saw was that the staff was sleeping in that room. I never had such bad experience. It was the worst. I have never seen anywhere that staff doesn't provide room so that they can have a good sleep in that room and customer had to adjust. It was in night and we did not have any option otherwise we wouldn't have stayed there.

I recently stayed at the Chandralok hotel, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend this establishment. The room I was given was not clean, and I noticed a strange odor that lingered throughout my stay. The staff seemed uninterested in my concerns and did not provide adequate solutions to my complaints. There were no amenities provided and the overall condition of the hotel seemed outdated and poorly maintained. I was disappointed with my experience and would advise others to consider alternative options. Overall my experience was truly bizarre. The manager who wear glass all the time is rude and pathetic. Worst hotel in Rishikesh.

Chandralok: Unpleasant stay. I recently stayed at the Chandralok hotel and unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Firstly, there was no proper water supply in the hotel. The water pressure was extremely low and sometimes there was no water at all. This made it very difficult to take a shower or even flush the toilet. In addition to the water issues, the hotel charged a whopping 8000 rupees per room on weekends, which is exorbitant for the poor quality of service and amenities provided. The rooms were very basic and not worth the high cost. To make matters worse, there was no lift in the hotel, which meant that we had to climb several flights of stairs to get to our room. This was extremely tiring, especially after a long day of sightseeing. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my stay at the Chandralok hotel. The lack of proper water supply, high cost, poor sanitation, and no lift made for a very uncomfortable experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and would suggest finding alternative accommodation.

Best experience, low cost and reception wale bhaiya he was literally amazing, didn’t feel it was hotel, he made us feel like home ❤️❤️ just an awesome experience. Booked it few months ago and again here I am, looking out to be there guest once again 😊

At a low cost,good bed,calm and peaceful atmosphere and staff were also supportive.we booked 3 rooms and were provided….parking is an extra facility…Wi-Fi also available…in toto 3 days stay was comfortable

Called oyo and they recommended this hotel and booked over the phone also paid the advance amount, but upon reaching the hotel the manager denied the room, we were left in the middle of the road and the oyo person was helpless, they have initially insisted to reserve immediately even after I suggest that I will pay at the hotel, the customer support guy simply said he will transfer the call to service team and disconnected, tried multiple call again to oyo only to hear them saying they have taken complain and they will get back in 48hours.. would never recommend this hotel or oyo itself..
