I recently had the pleasure of staying at Arctic Hills by Opulence, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They truly made our stay a memorable one, making sure all our needs were met with a smile. The food was another highlight of our stay. Every meal was a delight, with a variety of delicious options that catered to all tastes. The quality and presentation were top-notch, making dining a real treat. The facilities were pristine, and everything was up to the mark. The rooms were spacious, well-equipped, and offered stunning views that added to the charm of the place. Overall, Arctic Hills by Opulence provided a perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and excellent service. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

The rooms were big and clean, We had dinner and breakfast in the hotel which was tasty. Restaurant was on top floor, you can view surrounding from there. We were 5 couples. Staff was good in nature. Early morning/late night tea/snacks were not available due to kitchen timings.

Had the worst experience at this Hotel. Washrooms were very super dirty and unhygienic. Bedsheets and towels had spots on them. We had 6 rooms of which 1 was given 2 hour's later after the check in time. Towels were given after 3pm. No electricity in the hotel. Overall our one night stay at this hotel was a nightmare.

My feedback D grade room service thrid class housekeeping staff, furniture, wardrobe, stinking bathroom, dirty walls, total unhygienic situation. Dirty lift, dirty reception, incompetent staff.and sleeping management & owner. SAY NO TO THIS HOTEL, MMT please

Worst hotel i have ever stayed. Everytime you need to call for basic thing. Water issues everyday. Don't stay here they don't care about theor guests.

Overall a poor experience mainly on account of - poor response from room service, unhygienic serving of food in the room and average tasting food with very less options. Staff is also 'over commenting' about guests

My experience has been very bad. I was assaulted in this hotel and during the assault my money was taken away and I had a gold earring in my ear. Even that was snatched away. I saw in the morning that the gold earring is not in my ear.

I am happy to share my personal experience of Arctic hotel in Tapovan, Rishikesh. Room was very clean and getting the fragrance in room. Hotel services and staff was well good. Hotel restaurant is on the top floor and the mountains view was awesome from the restaurant.
