Super Hotel O Balaknath Temple Road Tapovan

Location - A narrow 500 meter (approx.) steep path from the Tapovan main road. It's not easy to drive the car on this steep road. I saw the Sedan class cars getting stuck on this road. Restaurant - They don't have restaurant in hotel, they order food from somewhere. Cleanliness - Most of the rooms are dirty, smelly, and unhygienic washrooms. Care Taker - Whenever you ask for a help they will say yes but they will never do it until you shout on them. I waited for 90 minutes just to get a toilet kit and hand-wash. They are very few clean rooms, you will get it only if you are lucky. Other Amenities - They don't provide towel, slippers, electric kettle, Geyser, etc. They have a kitchen but it is very unhygienic. Hotel Pathways has huge spider webs, bulls, and scrap store. Looks scary in night. Swimming pool not operational. Some construction going on at the back side of the hotel, looks like a dumping yard.

No Hygiene, Drinking water area is too dirty🤢, No Taps in the bathroom, no Hot water available, no cafe inside you have to order from outside, its just like a dharamshala in price of hotel dharamshala's are even better than this direct contact number is not available of the property and when you call on the given number oyo customer care executive will put you on hold for 30 mins and said please go and find yourself . and this is what as expected from OYO Only the location of property and staff behavior is good nothing else

I would never recommend this place to go. No toiletries provided as the laundry guy was not there, the worst part is they do not have a water bottle for the customer.

Very nice and clean room & washroom....Helpful staff... Hygiene maintained by the Hotel Staff properly...I am very happy staying in this hotel...Also special Sofas were available inside every rooms with smooth, soft cushions.👍👍👍
