My story should be recorded as the worst customer service by a White House guest house in history. Let me take you through it step by step. 1. Being a solo female traveller I don’t feel safe at White House guest house. 2.All the staff’s are not friendly, you can’t order food from Swiggy or Zomato even you won’t able to bring packed drinking water from outside. If you do the same then you have to pay the cover charges @ 25 percent to the lady at reception. Since water is a basic need. Even at airport and multiplex they allow. 3.The hotel will force you to order the overpriced unhygienic tasteless food from the there kitchen . 4. No bell boy or housekeeping staff will help you at this property, you have to carry your own luggage …no lift at property. They advertised as guesthouse for unmarried couple,cheap hotel and couple friendly on google. Not suitable for family or corporate,you won’t able visit this place with your parents. They openly sale C***OMS at the property with showcase display.

As I stayed there for 4 nights, one thing I can say is that Rooms are very nice, comfortable bed and the location is also quite good. But Quality & quantity of food is not good. Also the behaviour of the owner is very poor. She don't know how to talk to customers and behave very rudely. She will always disturb you for the payments. So when u r booking this property, kindly ask them their payment policy.

Rooms were good but you can't use there cupboard it's there personal in the room provided. For every single thing you have to whatsapp them. The food provided by them were too costly compare to there quality. In the sake of complementary breakfast for charges 57 they are giving 1 boiled egg and 1 piece of bread/10 rupees maggiee that too half cooked.

The hotel is full of mismanagement. 1st they will illegally ask for rs.100 extra for rooms above ground floor, then they will again ask for rs.100 extra if u give printouts of your original documents. Everything is illegally done here. Never visit.

Faced issue while checkin. Booking from 3rd Party platform @665/- But while checkin Hotel Manager Demand more than 665/- (If you are unable to provide room as per 3rd party app's price then why you listed your property in 3rd party app?) Rooms was good Service was also good Good Location Note: I really like White House. And as per location, service, room I was agree to pay more than my booking price. I want to say if you have this beautiful guest house then you have to fix rate. Thank you

Nice place, cons bed made of wrought iron, no outside food is allowed . Except that everything is fine
