It is very bad hotel. Service is very poor. Initially no towel were provided. No in house restaurant. Location is also not good. Staff behaviour is not good. Room was bad in smell. Hygiene was not good. Never book this hotel. Luckily I booked it for only one day. Next day I had changed the hotel.

Initially I booked a deluxe couple room but at the the time of check in they said that the upgraded us to the bigger family room without any additional charge. I cracked the mystery after checking in. The family room was facing the road and the front side was covered completely with a tinted glass (you can see the outside but no one can see the inside). This huge glass ultimately turns this room into a green house (in cold icy countries vegetables are farmed in glass houses, due to it's impact sunlight, the glass makes the inside hotter). And staying there during 35 degree temperature. In addition to that the size of this BIG 200 sft room gives us more trouble as the AC seems only a 1.5 ton, while in my understanding the room would need a 2 ton AC to cool it properly. So, a greenhouse kinda hot room with low capacity AC. Probably no one was willing to stay there, that's why they "upgraded" me. You can ask how did I stay there for three days. I talked to the front desk and gave the condition that I can only stay there if the AC is turned on for 24 hours. That was waste of electricity , but what could I do!! During winter It would be a fine room but not during hot weather. Beside this, I found the bathroom accessories like push shower , commode flash and the main shower not working properly.

Overall i really liked the hotel, the staffs are very sweet and very helpful .The breakfast is also good. I will recommend this to everyone.

We enjoyed our short stay at FabNest on last Sunday. * The hospitality of the staff with & under Mr Santa Reddy, was remarkable. The room was neat & clean. The dining place was well taken care of by cook & serving staff. * ⁠The address is mentioned as Park Street Metro Station Nr. But FabNest is more than 1 km away. A nearby landmark like - “The Assembly of God Church School” can make the search easier for guests. * ⁠All said & done - EXCELLENT.

The service was very good and our stay was so relaxing i really liked the amenities this could include free wifi comfortable bathrobes or hot coffee in the morning the price i paid was absolutely worth it the staff was really kind and willing to attend any request the rooms were immaculate and very comfortable thank you for the wonderful hospitality comfy room and delicious breakfast I love this hotel this is the best hotel ever I visit 👍💕

Great place to go with family and friends Their staff behaviour is quite nice too Everything is fine there U must visit there with your loved ones Order your favourite food from their restaurant And they'll deliver it to your room n server it hot. Highly recommended. 👍

The rooms was very pleasant ir was cozy and clean I enjoyed too much in this hotel. The hotel team has always been friendly patient and helpful u can visit this hotel with families and friends💚
