Pathetic rooms, pathetic service, super expensive, zero hygiene, smelly. Information on Cleartrip was misleading. Fabhotel chain is giving wrong information and overcharging. Charged approx 5.5K per day for this unhygienic place full of bugs.

I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Royal Park Inn and it was an absolute delight. The hotel's ambience is warm and inviting, making you feel right at home. Pros:- 1)Location - Location is very near to new market area. If you want to go for shopping at new Market or bara bazar then you may consider this place. You will get auto, taxi near the hotel. 2) Rooms- Rooms are well maintained and very near and clean. Washroom is also very clean. Bedsheets are clean, doormats are clean nothing to complaint about the cleanness of the room. Lighting in the room is proper with yellow warm lights in the wall ceiling. They provide Daikin ac's in the room Tv remote and Ac remote are proper in cover. 3) Service- Service of the hotel is top notch. You ask what you want and they deliver as fast as they can. Very good behaviour of the front dest staff. He was wearing the proper uniform of fab hotel. I ordered tea they delivered in no time. Very much satisfied with their services. Cons:- 1) only one net picking cons I have faced is that the deluxe rooms are little small and bathrooms is also tiny. But you will not feel much more of the difference. Other good things covers this cons. Verdict:- Very good hotel to stay with Markets nearby in budget of about 2k-3k.

I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. There were several issues that made my experience unpleasant. The room was unclean, poorly maintained with stained linens, unpleasant odors. The staffs was unresponsive, unfriendly, or unhelpful], which only added to my disappointment. Initially we were provided with only 1 towel when asked for another one was given. Further only 1 liter of water was provided. Additionally, the advertised amenities were either unavailable or did not match the quality expected for the price paid. I tried calling Fabhotel person (Ashish Kashyap) who had promised a lot at the time of booking but didn't responded to my calls and neither he did bothered to call back or reply to my msgs. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to others based on my visit.

The room was super unclean and dirty. It was full of cockroaches. I guess there was a storage room next to my room, and the staff was always going there, and it was disturbing. Not recommended for anyone in the future. Bed and pillow were very dirty. There was no sandle for toilet use. The glasses weren't clean.

Good. Boys are cordial n well mannered. But the access road - not a great view. Walking distance from US Visa Consular office - the best part !

We have stayed in this Hotel as it is near to US VAC center .. this is a well located hotel near Park street which is near to good tourist places to visit like Indian Museum, Victora Memorial, Kalighat etc., Only draw back is rooms are a bit small...
