All rooms r not upto the standard but some rooms are good and really value for money, The staff was very helpful. Location for Visa services is the best bang opp VFS global office. Perfect place for Short time stay. Overall it was a nice Stay.

Park Victoria hotel is really beautiful, it provides best room service and delicious food . Vibe of this hotel is very positive , and all the employees (waiter , sweeper ) are very humble and honest with their work . Most important thing about Mr. Pratik tolani the Hon our of this hotel is very nice human being , he treats with all the costumers like their friend , and he takes care of all visitors personally by himself . Its location is very good , because some famous places of Calcutta are very close to this hotel ,like Birla planeterium , Ravindra sadan, and Victoria memorial hall. I stayed for 10 days here , and it was a beautiful and memorable experience for me . I would like to Recommend all my friends , if you r coming Calcutta , You should definetelly visit here .

We stayed in the hotel for 3 days. The location is certainly an advantage. The staff is efficient and responds promptly to complains and queries. I must mention the friendly and efficient manager, Raja Das who ensured that our stay was comfortable and pleasant. From guiding us about the tourist places to fetching medicine for my unwell child, he was of tremendous help.Full marks for great hospitality. Keep it up !

Had a very good stay at the hotel. Rooms are very neat and clean and every staff is helpful related to any queries. Location is best. Overall the experience was great.

"Extremely disappointing experience. The hotel was overpriced for the quality offered. The room was dirty, and the water was unclean. The actual condition of the hotel did not match the images shown online. For such an expensive hotel, the lack of cleanliness and poor service were unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
