The location of the hotel is its best feature - absolutely can’t fault it in that regard as you’re in the middle of everything you need. Rooms were pretty nice and clean, Beds were comfortable. The check-in process was extremely easy and everyone was especially helpful in the hotel. Impressed with the friendly staff! All the room service and desk staff are friendly and kind.

Okay first of all, Not a hotel but must be a hostel.They close their main gate at 11:30pm. We people can't go outside even for our emergencies. And their behaviour?😂 Literally rough and worse including the servicing it was worst. Worst experience ever! They don't even deserve 1star not even the half of the star. ( Fix your behaviour I'm telling to those guys of the reception. Otherwise people will throw mud on your hotel.) But there is one staff named cripa that guy is good and he's behaving is great. He even helped us a lot .

Stayed for 4 days and recommended strongly. Closer to new market, metro station And howrah bridge.Also some famous restaurants are closer to it like Kasturi,Ami Bangali,Arsalan,Nizam's kebab etc.on reception Mr.Mrittyunjoy is too helpful. Hope to stay there in future too

there behaviour was rough. nd after 11:30pm they dont allow to go outside. nd before 12am they lock the main gate. they dont have any security guard.only 2staff.nd these 2staffs sleep at lobby at night.nd also these staffs are maintain the main gate.

Not a hotel but a hostel. They close the main gate at 11:30pm. This is very inconvenient. If you complain regarding this issue, manager argues alot. Staffs sleep in the main lobby. Atleast other hotels have a security guard but they dont have any & which is why they close the gate. So security is an issue. No amenities whatsoever. Not even drinking water is provided in rooms. They stated that they have a 'pool' but was a lie. Overall terrible experience.

Very good accommodation at the heart of Kolkata city. Location of this hotel is in the prime tourist area of New Market site where all your needs from restaurant to shopping medical centre to international bus counter for Bangladesh is located just besides this nice hotel. I'm feeling very peaceful here and had very good room size as well as bathroom. I will be enjoying here for 2 days at Kolkata. Strongly recommend as room rate is affordable.

They didn't give us the room we booked, they gave us another small room. When I went to check in, they increased the price of the room, the room that was asking for 2600 at the time of booking, later said it was 3200 taka! We had no choice then, the next day we checked out and moved to another hotel. In one word they are cheaters. No one goes to this hotel

Hotel in on the main road, near the New Market . Hotel Rooms are well furnished. Good bathroom fittings. For room service you need to nudge them now and often. Otherwise NO service. They will make excuses like your were not present in your room, you did not receive their call, and such. Arrogant behaviour of hotel staff. If you need to stay out after 12:00 AM (midnight), you should notify the hotel staff beforehand.
