Terrible Experience – Do Not Stay Here My stay at Hotel VIP International was awful. The rooms were dirty, smelled bad, and had cockroaches. The furniture was broken, the walls were stained, and the air conditioner barely worked. The staff were rude and didn’t care about helping guests. Even for basic things like clean towels or drinking water, I had to ask multiple times, and it still took hours to get them. The breakfast was terrible—stale bread, cold food, and bad tea. The dining area was dirty, with flies everywhere. The hotel is also very noisy, and the management didn’t care about any complaints. For the money they charge, this place is a complete rip-off. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Stay somewhere else!

Absolutely filthy rooms. Stained bedsheets (red marks maybe period blood?), holes in the bed sheets. Missing blankets. Had to call the reception several times and finally went down physically to get blankets. The receptionist was a cold guy who didn’t care. Toilet seat was broken (not cracked) and got detached from the seat completely. Sofa was in absolutely horrible state— smelling and had stains all over. Location is amazing— heart of park street with several iconic restaurants at a walking distance.

It was a horrible experience. They showed me different rooms(shady and smaller one) vs what I booked(deluxe) and asked extra money. Finally got this room on their mercy after 2 hours of argument and changing 4 rooms! One of the self proclaimed smart receptionist even mentioned, don’t go by the photos. I say the same to you. It is full of bugs, insects, spiders, roaches! It will be a nice wild tour for you! LOL I also got a free BED BUG bite in reward 😁

Terrible rooms with worst customer service. They changed my room 3 times. First time as the wooden decor was rotten with bugs, second time the AC wasn’t working and lastly to a room with less features than the paid price. Intercom wasn’t working and when complained (each time had to go 3 floors down as intercom was not working) they were very reluctant and their behaviour was like “we don’t care if you stay here or not”.

Rooms are good. clean and hygienic with excellent & prompt room service. Very hospitable and well behaved staff.Staff behaviour is very good..and there staffs are very friendly and helpful

Not a good experince, not worth the price you pay for, rooms werent clean, the washroom was leaking.. just the location is nice as metro station is near and can go to many places easily. Otherwise not up to its mark

The worst experience i have ever happened... Rooms are unhygienic and filled with rats and mosquitoes... Bathrooms are glood with wrong drainage..

This hotel needs to learn how to wash bedsheets!!!!!!! Do not believe the beautiful pictures you see of this hotel. Those are very very old pictures. Now the hotel is in ruins. Firstly they denied the booking I had made from Oyo and asked for booking the room offline. They offered the room with breakfast at 2700 Rupees. But the room was not even worth 2700 rupees. The pillow covers were brown as if they had never been washed. The quilt and bedsheet had holes. There were cigarette buds in the room. And this was after they said that they had cleaned it. Though it is very next to Park Street, you'd not want the dirty bedsheet and pillow cover to touch your face.
