Absolutely pathetic. The reviews seem to be all fake. The rooms are pathetic and not maintained the building is really old. Please for gods sake DO NOT BOOK this hotel. We checked in at 11am found the room pathetic and checked out at 3 pm and the owner refused a refund saying there was no problem with the room.

Please don’t stay at this hotel if you are traveling for business. Find a better hotel nearby. Rooms are small and bathroom is ordinary. Hotel gives the felling of staying in a 500 Rupees budget hotel nearby any bus stand/railway station. Cleanliness is out of the question. Restaurant is missing since they have the entire restaurant area for Dance Bar which is their main source of income. I repeat please avoid staying there unless it is the last option.

I visited kolkata for a three days with my family. As we stayed in the hotel, I must say it’s best place for having room for family. The cost of rooms are also affordable. The staff are quite co operative and friendly.

The hotel rooms were in a very bad condition. The TV was not working and the mini fridge was not working too the rooms are very dirty. The bathroom drainage system was bad too. If u ask staffs to repair TV and fridge they will not listen soon and if they come the can't repair it and say it is not recharged but in reality it is broken and can't be fixed. There is a fan and a window AC. The rooms were expensive but the facilities were so bad. Some lights were not working. If you want to go there think twice.

It is a pretty old building. Rooms are not ventilated and no windows also. The window ac in my room was not working and the fan was also making a lot of noise. Only soap and a towel were provided. No other toiletries. No hot water at night. Safety locker was also not functional.

This hotel staff is scammer, few days ago I booked this hotel in agoda but as I am doing late checkout so I decided to call once hotel and ask for help, from other end call picked up there staff sahu, he is so much cunning man he told me sir if you booked offline then only we allow late checkout and we also provide super delux room in just Rs2500. I agree on it then he told me to pay full 2500 to confirm booking, I told them then no I only pay 50% of it, then he agree and send me there bank account details I paid 1250 after cofirming from him, then he send me a screenshot of message in which mention that failed to process the booking. Please try again and ask for me to pay again 1270 as 1250 + 20 reservation charge, then only my booking will be confirm online otherwise not and also told me that 1250 which I pay initially will be refund in 5 minutes once I paid 1270, I told them I will pay 20 more adjust it and confirm the booking then he told no sir it will not adjust, then I told them refund my 1250, then he again told that no sir this will not refund it refund only when you pay 1270. Be aware with this hotel staff specially sahu

Worst hotel ever the condition of room were very bad and staff was also not good if you have low budget then go to guest house. we have checkout immediately. the bedsheets were too dirty . I will never recommend this hotel to anyone 👎👎
