We are in a group to visit Kolkata and has to stay here for three days. The room given to me was very congested, damp and untidy. Air conditioner had no cooling effect. On complaint, a better room was given but it had also the dusty smell when entered in. AC is not working properly there also. No fans inside the rooms. The second day I got heavy sneezing because of dust. Please think ten times before considering this hotel for your stay

We reached early, they allowed us to freshen up at common washrooms and had complimentary breakfast Breakfast was good, not great but quite good options were present. Maybe real fruit juice instead of packaged juice and omlettes instead of just boiled eggs could have made it better. Idli vada and puri was good. The rooms were really good, ac and tv was working good. They had mini fridge but it was empty but had stickers that products in it will be mrp price, but no products. Neat bed and sheets, good washrooms. Maybe the washrooms dint have optimal exhaust options. They had touch display switches.. good upgrade. Staff and reception both were very polite and helpful. I would recommend this place compared to many other pricey hotels at Kolkata which are not neat. Close to metro station so it's walkable.

Very bad experience in this hotel. Room staff are entering the room with back up key when you not there in the room without taking any permission. I have booked the hotel last week. AC was not working in the room and there was no fan available in the room. Even if I have complained this they have not provided any solutions for this. When i went outside for few hours, Without taking my proper permission they have entered into the room with additional back up key. When I have returned to the room I have caught these unprofessional staff red handed by entering the room they are doing such mesh in my room. I have taken this video at that time as a proof. You are not safe in this hotel, who ever wants they can enter into your room with additional common key and no one will take the responsibility if any valuable thing will be lost in their hotel premises. I have paid extra amount for the early check in at 6AM that day but I have to wait more than 1 hour to get the room. Room condition is very average. If you are opting for complementary breakfast then very less food option you will get in buffet compared to other hotel. Don’t waste your money in this hotel.

The room and washroom smelled damn bad. No proper placement of the toilet (can't even fit). The receptionists were very rude (except 1 guy in white shirt) as if they owned the hotel, not at all welcoming. I needed to stay for 5 hours more as my flight was delayed, they were charging around 65% of the whole day amount (although I bargained after which they were damn rude). No proper room cleaning, the telephones not working and then their audacity for demanding absurd charges. P.S- very bad experience as a first time in kolkata even after staying in one of the most posh area of Kolkata. I felt bengalis are not at all welcoming and super unhygenic (maybe because of too many bangladeshis or its a common bengali trait).

My Stay at Dee Empressa was Good and everything was up to the mark, also the room was clean and comfortable, the only drawback was the breakfast they provided was little oily and has less varieties with maily focused on South Indian dishes. Anyways my overall experience was Good and Staffs were really good and friendly, would like to stay again if got the chance.

I stayed at Treebo Trend Dee Empresa during my recent trip to Kolkata. As a 3-star hotel, it offers a decent overall experience, especially considering its prime location. The property is well-situated, making it a convenient choice for both business and leisure travelers. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room and washroom — both were not up to standard. Housekeeping services seemed reluctant and were only provided after multiple requests. This affected the comfort of the stay. If you're looking for a well-located hotel and are okay with average service and cleanliness, this place might still work. But if hygiene and proactive service are your priorities, you may want to explore other options.
