Rooms are spacious.... Location wise also good no much traffic.... Service is good...... All facilities available

service is really bad. they dont provide necessary amenities like shampoo, water, or a kettle. toilet paper isnt refilled either. you have to take all those things with you if you're considering this hotel. their service is bad, the staff isn't attentive and they ignore you. wifi is bad as well. theres a huge dump full of rats right in front of the hotel. rooms were ok, relatively clean. but their sheets and towels are stained.

We are from Bangladesh, they didn't respect us and also their behaviour fully rough. Fully untrained and unprofessional hotel manager and their employees. They didn't do commitment. Room interior was good but fully unclean. They serve unclean towal and also bedsheet. They didn't know how to communicate with their guests. I stay 3 night there , I faced no water supply, I call them 3 times to on the water motor. So, I suggest all Bangladeshi to avoid this hotel.

fully untrained and unprofessional assistant in reception and his behaviour is totally rough , I think he don’t know how to contact with his guests and aslo they the didn’t do their commitments. Service was totally disastrous. I called them 2 times to turn on the water motor

Worst experience ever. Even they refused to supply tissue paper in the toilet. Mannerless behaviour. Please stay 100 miles from this hotel.

Had a great experience and got a good service from the hotel management team. Thanks for your effort guys for making our trip more relaxing. Hope to stay there in the future if we ever visit kolkata again 👌🖤
