Excellent location. Nice room . Well stacked n reasonably priced minibar with variety of beverage n snack options. Staff very courteous n helpful. Food was very good . Check in n check out process very quick. Many eating options nearby like Flurry’s, Mocambo etc.||Negatives-|For every room service u have to pay immediately, strange for this category hotel|Loud music noise n vibrations from Pub on ground floor till 3:00 am .

the pillows were extra soft and cosy. the food in the restuarant was superb. the chef cooks fantastic taste and the layout is very elegant, makes you hungry and also warns you to control too much intake of sweets and oil food. the taste is out of the world. the rooms, especially on the 4th floor, are comfortable, eleagant, compact and nice. |only one point - in each room please provide a working desk and a working chair for guests to work on their laptop, for everyone does not come only for pleasure. work is also combined.

I recently went to this hotel during the OP Jindal Seminar, and overall, my experience was satisfactory. The hotel itself was comfortable and clean, and the location was convenient for attending the seminar. However, there were a couple of issues that prevented me from giving a higher rating. During the seminar, the hotel's catering team seemed unprepared, and we were left without plates for an extended period. When we finally managed to get plates, we were told that the buffet was over after just 30 minutes.

The Park is a Kolkata icon and I selected it for a short sojourn to the City of Joy with my wife. The room was comfortable and the arrangements impeccable. The housekeeping was especially professional and top class. The housekeeping team on the 4th Floor of Floor Supervisor Shyam, Arijit and Chin was marvelous. If there is one difficulty we had then it was in the mixing of hot and clod water in the shower. The hotel may like to make it more user friendly. Thank you, The Park

Stayed recently. First two floors almost all rooms are smoke chambers. You can't stay with family. Staff is good and location is great. However, in terms of maintenance it requires great lift up. ACs are almost non functional with suffocating feeling inside. Bathrooms doors are sliding and don't close . Fittings are loose. Prices of food items are exorbitant. Duty managers need more training in terms of communicating with customers. They can improve if they want to!

Centrally located hotel with clean rooms and public areas , great food and service. perfect for business trips , meetings and leisure travelers looking for convenient location. Excellent team led by experienced GM .|| It was short trip but would love to explore charming Kolkatta with The Park and its talented team .

Each and everything was just superb awsome. Food room service staffs behaviour everything was very good. I will always visit to this hotel everytime i go to kolkata. This time it was my first visit and i had a very ggod experience. Special that swimming pool area.
