Thanks for finally responding after 1 full year to a genuine customer review that itself shows how poor your management is. Instead of addressing the real concerns we raised about hygiene, filthy bedsheets, stinking washrooms, lack of housekeeping, and even a dead lizard in the room, you chose to twist the matter towards “negotiations” about billing. Let me remind you, hospitality is not just about charging for 24 hours - it is about maintaining basic cleanliness, customer safety, and respect. When a guest is given wet blankets, dirty rooms, and zero housekeeping for 3 days, your priority should have been to apologize and fix the issues, not to defend staff arrogance or argue about payments. Replying after one year with such an irresponsible justification only proves how careless and unprofessional your hotel management is.

Congratulations to this hotel for redefining the meaning of “hospitality.” If you’re looking for filthy beds, stinking blankets, and a room that feels like it hasn’t seen cleaning since the last century, this is the perfect destination. The staff service? Oh, absolutely world-class if the world you’re talking about is one where rudeness and laziness win awards. For the money they charge, you’d expect at least basic hygiene, but no they somehow manage to fail even at that. Honestly, Dharavi in Mumbai looks like a luxury resort compared to this dump. Save yourself the misery and don’t even think about booking this place unless you enjoy throwing your money straight into the trash.

It's worst hotel stay i have ever had. Goibibo cheated with having 4 stars on the hotel. This not even deserve 1 star. First of all hotel was renovating. Room was full of dirt and cockroaches. Spider web all over. Bathroom was so dirty that make you not to use it. And all with charges of 1700 for a night? It's ridiculous. Their staff got angry when we gave 30 rs as tip. Seems like they were looking for 100 rs. Not recommend to go there even its last hotel on earth.

We come here frequently. But the service this time was worst. It doesn’t even deserve one star ⭐️ rating. A guy named Guru prasad is so rude! Doesn’t know how to speak to customers. Washrooms are stinking, bed sheets are filthy. We are here since 3 days and not even one day the house keeping guys came to clean the room. There were lizards in the room. We requested them to give us blankets but they gave us wet blankets and there were no spare bedsheets with them. How are they even maintaining such a big hotel without spare bedsheets. This is the worst management.

The hotel is near to RTC complex but far from main business centre. No good food centre available nearby. Room is spacious but there is rat in the room. Being a hospitality service, Management should take immediate measures to avoid such experiences.
