Hotel THE palm Grove

I wanted to share feedback about our recent dining experience at your restaurant. We visited with our family and had high expectations, given [your positive reputation/recommendations]. However, we encountered a few issues: 1. We specifically requested less spicy dishes as we were dining with kids. Despite our instructions, the food was far too spicy, making it difficult for the children to enjoy their meal. 2. The wait time for the food was around 20 minutes, which felt quite long. 3. The pricing seemed quite high, considering the quality and service.

Dining was fine. If you are a fish lover they serve good Tawa fish fries. All non veg options were up to the mark. Service was also good.

The rooms are affordable but the room is just ok. No proper cleaning, very bad smell, bed is not comfortable. The bathroom ventilation is inside the room itself. No hot water. They won't give any water bottle

We had a bitter experience. They are not providing hot water when we are in need. They insist us to take bath in their foolish timings . Harsh response

The place was pathetic. Full of mosquitoes. No anti mosquito measures provided even on demand. Linen and blankets were dirty and foul smelling. Exhaust of bathroom opened inside the room and stink was present throughout. Food was served in vehicle entrance with no hand washing facility. No hot water provided after in the afternoon or at night. Highly NOT recommended
