Murudeshwar Rooms

Location is near to temple, but the staff and the manager of the hotel was very arrogant and bad at words. We arrived early and we just asked him if we have any possibility of early checkin if the room is available by paying extra,but he did not even have etiquette to talk with the guest. He arrogantly replied that this is not the time of checkin and closed the sutter on our face. We connected Agoda help desk for help, but the hotel manager even refused to talk with agoda support, did not pick their call and when they tried again he picked but did not speak a word. We had to rush to some other homestay just for 2-3hrs. Coming to cleanliness, rooms were dirty and lot of mosquitoes as he purposely provided us the corner room when the other rooms were still available. If there was an option to give 0 star, we would have given that. Will not recommend anyone to visit that hotel.

Strictly non habitable, disgusting and garbage place to stay. Pillows had spots and spit stains all over. Walls were rotten like hell. Disgusting and unhygienic rooms. DO NOT GO BY THE GOOGLE REVIEWS RATING. Check out the photos uploaded on this review. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. It is not safe to stay and risk your health just because of close proximity to the temple.

They cancelled my booking without informing me, they informed due to maintenance issue , all the booking cancelled first next couple of days.Later I got to know that they sold it for higher price. Strictly avoid this property.

Worst room ever , go at your own discretion The surroundings are quite stinky and the reception is almost non existent Once we go to the room , the bed sheets and pillow covers were stained all over , I wonder when were they last washed and the funny thing is the wifi doesn't work and on top of that you barely get a phone signal let alone data Don't make life hard for you by choosing this stay , staying at a normal lodge is better
