I was at this place on 31 August 2024. Owner is a very cool guy and supports in every aspect as needed. It’s a simple two rooms that he has and rooms are quite big. Each room has two size beds which can easily accommodate four people. Room is a quick with a small TV and solar geyser. bathrooms are neat and clean. But we visited in the month of August, which was the mistake. It was raining the whole day continuously.

Room was clean, washroom also. Water in the washroom stopped in the evening but as soon as we informed the owner it got resolved. Menu card from a nearby restaurant was there in the room, the service was prompt and the food was tasty. Overall very good experience

The rooms here were clean and well maintained. However I felt that there is need for more ventilation as I felt suffocation at night unless the air conditioning is on or the bathroom door is kept open since it has an exhaust fan. Otherwise in terms of reachability and comfort this is a very good place. The owner was especially kind to escort us from the railway station to the residence and lives next to the rented place so it is easy to reach him and ask for help. Also the beds are very comfortable and bathroom has hot water facility as well. We went during the rainy season so we needed it. It's also walkable distance from the Murudeshwar Mahadev Temple and he beach. Excellent service and accessible location.

We stayed in Presley residency for 2 days and we had great time and it is walkable distance to beach and Murudeshwar temple, and owner had received and gave complete information about the place and surrounding tour places. I would suggest it is good stay for families and friends would worth visiting.

It was very nice home stay. Totally new rooms with two double bed in each room. It is close to Murudeshwar Temple and beach. We had nice stay. The owner is very humble and helpful. Small suggestion - to fix one dressing table with mirror in the room

I came with my family form Goa, hygienic rooms, owner is very kind person, best place to stay in Murdeshwar , budget friendly, highly recommended rooms.
