Don't book this hotel under any circumstances. They will ruin your plans and happiness. I booked a room over the phone, and they confirmed my booking, but later denied it and acted like they never had the booking. The hotel feels more like a lodge, unprofessional, and not safe for families.

The accessibility is the main bonus. Great stay option for a bachelor. Great option for short stays. Murugan Idli Shop, A2b and other restaurants in walking distance. The owner Abdul is a really kind man and that is definitely a bonus.

Great room with hot water 24x7 ac 24x7 , food you can order via zomato or swiggy they allow to take it in your room. Enjoyed the stay. Clean room washroom bedsheets. What else do you need

SKM regency can be termed as a perfect lodge for couples, families, etc. Very good service and polite staff at the counter. Manager also is very understanding and good in resolving queries. Nice furniture look up and perfect design in rooms, bathroom also is very clean and tidy. Drinking water is provided as many times placed on request. Rest other facilities are upto the mark. Also good thing is close proximity to central railway and metro is just opposite the lane. A number of restaurants you can find all at walkable distance. Perfect location for your time to be spent.

Very safe and good place to stay alone for women, groups of friends & family at a reasonable price. It may look like a lodge in the first instance, but day by day, you will feel like home due to the staff's support and politeness. Rooms and bathrooms are neat and clean whenever you require a cleaning you can request for it. Easy access to Central railway and metro station (walking distance only).

The bed was comfortable, and the amenities provided made my stay truly enjoyable. **Service:** The staff at [skm regancy] went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. From the front desk to the housekeeping, everyone was courteous and eager to assist with any requests. **Location:** The hotel's location was little confusing but it was walkable distance to railway station and metro **Value for Money:** Considering the level of service, quality of accommodation, and amenities provided, I believe offers excellent value for the money.
