Avoid this place at all cost. The manager (Ajay) will coerce you into giving a good review, so don't trust the good reviews here, sometimes even taking phone from customers to write the good reviews himself. I booked this place online seeing the price was little lower than other nearby lodges. But when you reach the place during check-in time, the manager will pretend that the room is not available and force you to go for AC room, which will cost more than other nearby places. Only after reading other reviews I realized this is his standard gameplay to pull customers and then charge them more as most will avoid finding a new place. Such unprofessional behavior should have no place in hospitality industry where people may be visiting at odd hours or those who have other important things to deal with (check-in at nearby hospital or VISA appointments). Trust me, the last thing you want to deal with is getting ripped off here. Also, I wanted to give a negative review earlier but the manager threatened that he will contact the nearby embassy to get VISA revoked lmao. I have stayed at hundreds of places in my life but never had to deal with such unprofessional attitude elsewhere. Avoid at all cost. Spend 200rs more but stay at other places nearby.

As I entered, the reception area had a storage-like feel on both sides, lacking a proper hotel atmosphere. While the staff initially seemed polite, their professionalism didn’t feel genuine. The first room was unclean and had a strong odor, though the second room provided was better. The location is on a narrow road, which may not be comfortable for first-time visitors, especially those coming for the U.S. visa. Overall, while not terrible, the experience didn’t offer the comfort I expected, and the staff’s friendliness didn’t feel heartfelt.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. At the time of check-in, they told me one amount, but during check-out they asked for more money. They also said that online booking was not working and forced me to book offline. Later, they charged extra without proper explanation. It seemed like two managers were involved in this and behaved like cheaters, playing dirty tricks on customers. There was no transparency in pricing, and the whole process felt misleading and unprofessional. There are many better and more honest hotel options available nearby, so I would suggest choosing them instead. I would not recommend this hotel to others. Please be careful and confirm all charges in writing before staying here. checked in date is 5th jan -8th jan 2025

We stayed here for 4 nights during treatment at Apollo, Chennai. It is very near Apollo Cradle..6 mins walking, Apollo Main..10 mins walking. Has many good eating options nearby. ||||The area outside looks shabby and lane is very narrow but apart from that all else is great. Spacious rooms with extra height.||||Very well maintained hotel, very clean, systematic and organized. Rooms are well furnished and maintained. They have in-house kitchen and restaurant with helpful staff. The breakfast is good but no options. WiFi is good and bathroom great. Would recommend to all. Owners are also very forthcoming as is manager OM.

Exceptional Service and Human Kindness – Highly Recommended! I stayed here from January 15th to January 22nd, 2026, and I can honestly say this was one of the best hospitality experiences I’ve ever had. While the hotel itself is excellent—spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and professionally run—it is the staff that makes this place truly special. Why I highly recommend them: Compassionate Care: My father fell ill during our stay. When I requested hot water, the management immediately provided an electric kettle to make things easier for us. Going the Extra Mile: The service didn't end when we checked out. After I returned to my hometown, the manager, Toufiq Bhai, personally went to Apollo Hospital to collect my father’s medical reports and arranged for them to be couriered to me. Exceptional Leadership: Toufiq Bhai is more than just a manager; he treated us with the care and sincerity of a brother. A hotel with this level of integrity and heart is bound to prosper. If you are looking for a place that values its guests as human beings and not just room numbers, this is the place to stay. Thank you, Toufiq Bhai and the entire team, for your incredible support!
