Worst room service and the manager is very worst. Cheated the refund amount and no hot water available. Try to avoid this place for family. No lift facility for upper floors but still charging same for all rooms. Worst experience

Very very poor service. Not worth stay here. Avoid the stay here. The charges are high & service is Zero. Worst management staffs. Pls gilgrims avoid this Lodge.

If You are checking this review for staying, I say you not to stay here. Worst administration - drunkard manager, tips seeking room boy, very dirty bathrooms, etc. If u are dropped before this hotel, dont go inside. Prefer the next one. The rude manager worsened our day

Manager is not a honest person. Did not give balance deposit amount fully. When asked for balance amount he became angry. Did not give Bill also even though he charged 12% GST. Zero Room service. But room service boy ask for tips repeatedly

Staff were nice, but room was way below standard for the price charged. Fan did not have regulator. No extra plug point other than the one for TV. No remote for TV. Fuzzy cable signal. No hooks in the bathroom. Simple maintenance should have taken care of this.

VERY WORST MANAGMENT THEY ARE TELLING HOT WATER IS AVAILABLE BETWEEN 5 AM TO 7 AM BUT THERE IS NO HOT WATER COMING IN THE TAP AND THERE IS ALSO NO DRINIKING WATER THE ROOM EQUIPMENTS IS ALSO VERY WORST THA BATHROOM MUG AND BUCKET IS ALSO VERY DIRTY THE ROOM SERVICE PERSONS ARE ALWAYS ASKING FORCEFULLY TIPS our 900rs is waste

Budget lodge of Palani. If you are not looking for any and just need a place to sleep then this is for you. Huge scope for improvement. Room is some what spacious and you have car parking facility. AC will work when power is there. Toilet look some what clean. Tough to use Western if you are a person looking for good and clean toilet. No lift and won't suit elders. No blanket to sleep better carry. Only one blanket in AC room. No drinking water in room. No intercom. Forget about room service . Considering the state of the lodge price is high. Front office person cheat you with rent. Better write down room rent when check in or ready to pay more when check out. Anyway after staying for a day you will be ready to pay any amount to runaway from the lodge :) certainly not for decent people who travel from cities.
