This place is very under rated may be the owner is not aware of the Google reviews importance. The rooms and bathroom is very clean and very neat. No compromise in the quality of rooms AC and heater or TV. The staff is very polite and helpful. More than everything it is on the other side of the temple road just opposite to the temple.

Happy to associated with Subam Residency, well maintained clean neat, people was respectful they say no for anything. Just opp to Raja Gopuram view full all gopuram we view from Subam Residency. Thank you Subam reach once again.

The rooms heat up like crazy in the day time and the ACs either need servicing OR are old an not efficient. The good thing is we only spent time sleeping at night and did not have to bear the heat during the day time. It was much better outside! Coming back from Girivalam at 1:30am, we were welcomed by a power cut/load issue and it took these guys 1.5 hours to fix that mixed with constant follow-ups. Room rates are alright. They have an advantage being located closer to the temple. But, it is clearly not worth spending your time, energy or money in here.

Please don't pick this as it's location is very near to temple. The pictures shared in Google are double bedroom, which is quite big. But the single bedroom is tiny and with no proper ventilation. No or poor room service. I stayed there in peak summer, can't even stay inside for 5 mins without A/C. The horrible part was, there was low voltage issue, there was a frequent power cut.

1.Tv is not working. Given complaint not resolved. 2. Poor ventilation in ground floor non-Ac room. 3. No wifi. 4. Room is neat. Cost Rs 1200
