My recent stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing for several reasons: 1. Location: The hotel is situated too far from Pahalgam and in a remote area, making it inconvenient for travelers. 2. Room Service: The room service was very pathetic. 3. Cleanliness: There were spider webs everywhere, dirty carpets, and the rooms were very small and dirty. 4. Bathroom: The bathroom was unhygienic, and there was no hot water available. 5. Dining Facilities: The dining hall was even more smaller than the rooms. 6. Parking: There was no parking available. 7. Food Quality: The food was not good. Breakfast was horrible. 8. Staff: The staff were uncooperative, unprofessional, and always asking for tips. They were found sleeping until 9 am, and no morning tea was available. 9. Management: The manager had no knowledge or experience in hospitality. 10. Hospitality Service: The overall hospitality service was zero. 11. Tour Agents: Some tour agents deliberately book this hotel to earn more profits, which is a disservice to customers. Shame on such tour agents. Final Verdict: Don't even consider staying in this hotel. You will regret it. It is not worth the money and certainly does not live up to its 2-star rating.

An Absolute Nightmare I recently had the misfortune of staying at this hotel, and it was an utterly dreadful experience from start to finish. The rooms were shockingly small, dirty, and unhygienic. The bathroom was a disaster: taps were leaking, and there were no towels, soap, or shampoo provided. Adding to the misery, there was no hot water and no geyser available. The property itself was filthy, and the room service was abysmal. The intercom didn’t work, and there was no parking space. The manager and hotel staff were incredibly rude, constantly demanding tips. The food served was unacceptable, poorly prepared, and the plates were disgustingly dirty. The blankets, bedsheets, and pillow covers were filthy. To top it all off, the hotel is 8 km away from Pahalgam and in a very isolated location. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this hotel at all costs.

Visted in june 2024. Experience was good. The view from the room was great. The service needs improvement, but overall a great experience

The worst hotel I haver stayed rooms were untidy spider net everywhere in the room n food quality is really bad very unhygienic food I got vomit after having food n whole day of my pehalgam was ruined cz I was ill after having food n my 4 year daughter also suffered from stomach ach whole day .so overall bad experience n I don't know why everyone giving 5 rating to this third class hotel may be it is fake reviews.so I won't recommend this hotel to anyone.

I would suggest this hotel for stay at pahalgam it's almost near to pahalgam and the place is very scenic. The service is also very good .Mehran and sareer took very kind care of us. Food needs to be improved little bit better but I would say it's a decent stay.

Location is nice but rooms very small and food is not good morning way of serving. However staff is very good by nature.

Hotel mountain ridge......food was so tasty and yummy .....and rooms are verg neat and clean and also a staff is cooperative and helpfulll ...... Sepically muneeb rasool is humble and helpfull peron in hotel ... And sarrer ah have a good behavior and nature ...
