The 1 star is a marker for zero since there was no option for the latter. Pathetic service, hooligans disguised as hotel staff who need to learn communication skills. They changed our booking at the last moment and never informed us, leading to us getting stranded under -15 degrees with nowhere to go. The replacement they offered after so much heated back n forth was a lodging and boarding that had bathrooms painted with Urine stains, bedsheets with burn marks and stains and the stench of cigarettes in the air.

Hotel is next to market but the sad part is that the same place is horse stand and smells badly. No basic services like food, milk available except water and bread butter that also stale bread. Taps and toilet flush is broken, no maintenance. Not recommended.

Mountains view Walking distance to access restuarant and local market, river. Room doesnt have wadrobe, electricity is moatly not available, electricity is available on generater mode so it qill be on and off. Geyser doesnt work. Towels are too old. You need to sweep your bathroom on your own when gets wet. Toilet seat is broken, the flush frame is taken out from all rooms. Sofa cum bed is provided in room Mattress is bit hard. Only 5 rooms available No facility to provide lunch dinner, they only provide tea milk butter toast parantha and poha in breakfast.this is daily menu. No telephone in room, you have to call them bu going outside of your room. Ample of playing area for kids.

The fraudulent property & owner is unprofessional and owner is a born rogue. Poorest hotel service they offer, geysers not working, kitchen staff absent, only one attendant present occasionally, towels bathing soap missing, extra beds unavailable. The owner is pathetic & arguing not admitting fault

Neat and clean room . excellent service and delicious food. helpfull staff like Mr Javid and Mubashir. Open garden was excellent. Very beautiful view

Nice resort with good service. They made good food to the best of their availability. Don't expect a luxury available in cities but a decent and good resort to enjoy quality time with family.

Amazing experience! Hospitality, service and especially the food is highly commendable! Staffs are really friendly and thanks to the staff I Will definitely recommend this place to friends n family!
