Anushka and Ambika served us breakfast and lunch and they were so polite and friendly. They took special care of my kids requests which I really liked. Overall we had a pleasant stay and would love to come again for our staycation here at Ramada.

A very lovely experience staying at Ramada. Polite and we'll behaved friendly staff. Location is perfect for relaxed holiday or destination events. Away from the hustle of the main city. Doesn't feel like u are in Bengaluru. Food too didn't disappoint. Lavish breakfast spread specially on weekends. So many options made it easier for us to feed the baby. Restaurant staff was helpful to get milk for baby in morning and night. Stay was comfortable with no problems regarding anything

If you’re looking for the worst possible hotel experience, look no further – this place truly exceeds expectations… in all the wrong ways! Room service? Oh, it’s a masterclass in how not to serve guests. Delays, mistakes, or just plain being ignored – they’ve got it all. And the staff? Wow. So friendly, if your idea of friendly is being rude, arrogant, and completely unbothered by basic courtesy. Special shoutout to the art of fake promises – they really nailed that part. Booked under the illusion of “great service,” but what I got felt more like a social experiment in patience and disappointment. If you enjoy frustration, neglect, and being treated like a nuisance, this is your dream destination. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and run the other way. Staying here was like paying to be ignored and disrespected. There was no service whatsoever – not even the basics. No clean towels, no room cleaning, no help when asked… just blank stares and bad attitudes. The staff? Incredibly rude and unprofessional. It’s clear they’re not there to help – just to take your money and disappear. Asking for anything felt like a crime. Hospitality? Never heard of it. The entire place operates like a scam. Zero care, zero standards, just pure greed. If you enjoy being overcharged to sleep in a dirty room with no service and attitude from the staff, this is your dream spot. Avoid this dump at all costs. I had a wonderful stay at Ramada. The rooms were clean, the environment was peaceful, and the service was excellent. Special thanks to the reception team – shoib ahmed,Nasreen, and Aarti – for their warm welcome and constant support throughout my stay. You all made the experience even better. Highly recommended!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this place deserves a warning label. The service was absolutely pathetic. The staff, especially named Rajaram, Shuiab and a few was completely unprofessional, rude, and frankly useless.They made endless fake promises just to get us to book, and once we were in, all those promises magically vanished. No follow-through, no accountability—just lies. The overall service was beyond poor. Requests were ignored, cleanliness was questionable, and the attitude from the staff made it feel like we were an inconvenience rather than guests. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Save your money and your sanity—stay far away.
