Fantastic hotel in the outskirts of Bengaluru. Staff did a great jib. Jorita made me feel welcomed. Timely room service and the prices are also good. Breakfast was good and had many options. Even their north Indian options were nicely prepared.

I liked the stay. Pillows are too floppy which I didn't like. I needed a soft pillow but not as soft as you have given. |Otherwise, every other aspect of hospitality is good, rather best. Interaction with Ankit who helped to shift the luggage and Subhajit, Jorita are really interesting.

It was hassle free check in and checkout for us. Staff behaviour was commendable and rooms were big and neat. They’ve got a decent children park and a small ground, and a neat swimming pool. Ankit was so helpful during our check in and checkout, should be appreciated.

We had a very disappointing experience at Ramada. Check-in wasn’t allowed until 3 PM, which was never communicated to us during the booking process, yet we were expected to check out by 11 AM the next day — leaving us with hardly a full day’s stay. The whole experience felt rushed and unfair, especially coming from a well-known hospitality brand. To make matters worse, the conference hall we were promised at the time of booking was switched at the last minute. Just five minutes before our event was scheduled to start, we were shown a different hall. After confronting the staff, we had to insist on getting the original hall, which caused delays as they were still setting it up. We had booked the venue for our office’s annual day and had clearly communicated all our requirements well in advance, yet there was no preparation on their part. The entire experience reflected extremely poor management and a lack of professionalism.

My experience with this location of Ramada - Beautiful and desirable weather (I visited in July 2025) along with the greenery around the premises gives a pleasant feeling. - Staff is very much cooperative; they understand the issues calmly and provide solutions. - Many Food varieties available and tasty. - lot of plantation and greenery in the premises gives a feeling of calmness and serenity. - TT and Gym experience was amazing. - A beautiful swimming pool with clean and transparent water is also available but I did not use it. - Ms. Ambika and team (at the food restaurant) behaviour and food delivery service was excellent. - Not much pics I clicked to share here.

Do not book here! This place is atrocious. Easily one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in. I was here for a wedding, and every single other guest we spoke to also staying at the hotel had nothing but bad things to say. Given our experience, it’s easy to see why. 1. The problem began at check-in — as international travelers, we had no idea they needed our passports and evisa stamps. We had left our passports at my aunt’s house whom we were staying with in Bangalore. Fine, we had her email the photos of our passport pages with the evisa stamps. But the bumbling staff was so confused about the rules and how to manage the check-in process that they took a full 1.5 hours to check us in. 2. The toilet started leaking and spraying literal poop water everywhere on our first night. A dude came by to “fix it” but basically just wiped up the mess with some toilet paper and told me it was fixed. We weren’t convinced so avoided using the toilet, and went downstairs to the public restroom in the lobby as much as possible. Not ideal. 3. The iron we asked to borrow (because there wasn’t one in the room) leaked water all over our clothes. Another guest from the wedding said they had to ask for 4 different irons until they found one that was working. 4. One of the people from our party got an intense bout of food poisoning from the hotel breakfast buffet. It was just all bad. And they had the gall to charge Rs. 10,000 for a night and somehow be listed as a 5-star hotel. This is a 3-star property at best, and that’s being generous. Avoid at all costs!

A very lovely experience staying at Ramada. Polite and we'll behaved friendly staff. Location is perfect for relaxed holiday or destination events. Away from the hustle of the main city. Doesn't feel like u are in Bengaluru. Food too didn't disappoint. Lavish breakfast spread specially on weekends. So many options made it easier for us to feed the baby. Restaurant staff was helpful to get milk for baby in morning and night. Stay was comfortable with no problems regarding anything
