Excellent resort for family stay. Housekeeping is very good,special mention to Shidhin and Dhanalakshmi who has give Excellent room service during our stay. Rooms was very clean and neat. Front office, Abhilash was very helpful. Overall is a nice trip. Thanks Mountain Club team. Keep going your good services.

What a gem of a resort.loved everything about the resort.It is a natural paradise. We received an excellent customer service.The friendly & helpful staff were there for every need of mine. Impressed by efficient check-in/check-out process,family-friendly services by all staff was amiable and consistenly made sure I was comfortable. Location of the resort is a big plus.its like a natural home away from home.My stay was perfect & a big thanks to all staff for making a memorable stay of my life. I will stay here next time when I visit munnar.

Amazing Location … more amazing staff… .. food is superb!!! Pool is clean and at very good. Vantage !! I loved my stay.. the rooms are very neat and clean, the view of the nature outside is one of the best in Munnar !! Highly recommended !!! Will visit again !!!

Had a wonderful stay at this premium resort in Munnar. The location is scenic and peaceful, with beautiful views. Service was excellent, and the staff were courteous and helpful throughout. The food was great, especially the breakfast — fresh and with good variety. The pool and other amenities were clean and well maintained. Perfect spot for a relaxing and comfortable getaway. Highly recommended!

This is my second visit at Mountain club resort. |Same fantastic experience as it was 10 year ago. |Loved it. It's location is just amazing. I recommend this to everyone, one should visit atleast once here. Climate is awesome, scenery is eye catching. Means everything is at its best👏

Food quality was very bad All of us had digestion issues. They use a lot of coconut oil for cooking. Treated us well while we were checking in and remained their guests. But the day when we were to check out every request made took time. The climate was awesome here by 4.00 pm it begins to drizzle and wind is chill. Rooms are superb

We recently stayed at Mountain Club Resort Munnar for two nights, and unfortunately, this visit was a major letdown — especially considering our previous positive experience here. We had initially booked a one-bedroom cottage, expecting the same level of comfort and service we experienced before. However, the cottage was unclean, poorly maintained, and simply not up to any acceptable standard — let alone a four-star one. The bed sheets were stained, the TV and phone didn’t work, and the entire room felt neglected. Frankly, these one-bedroom units shouldn’t even be categorized as guest rooms. After raising our concerns with the front desk, we were moved to a two-bedroom cottage, which was slightly better but still far from what a four-star resort should offer. To make matters worse, the staff presence was minimal, possibly because we stayed on weekdays. Even though it was vacation season, there were very few staff around, making it feel like this is a "weekend-only" resort. The food quality was also poor, a sharp contrast to our first visit. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and we no longer feel confident recommending this resort to others.
