Purple Munnar offers clean, well-maintained rooms and exceptional service. The staff was friendly and efficient, organizing a jeep trip to Kolukkumalai for us. It was the perfect mix of relaxation and adventure, all at a budget-friendly rate. Highly recommended!

Luxury rooms with great view. Friendly staff. It was a girls trip and they took care of us so well and we felt very safe. We had a restaurant opposite with tasty food . They itself assigned zeep for us to travel all places. Budget friendly. Waiting to visit again.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was a highly disappointing experience. While the room was neat and clean, the service was abysmal. We experienced multiple power failures, which meant we couldn't even charge our phones. To make matters worse, there was no hot water available throughout our stay. When we approached the staff about these issues, their behavior was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Instead of addressing our concerns, they seemed annoyed that we even brought them up. Overall, the poor service and lack of basic amenities made our stay very unpleasant. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We 21 school friends had our REUNION at The Purple Munnar for 3days during Onam festival this year..Food and party arrangements were delicious and excellent..Rooms were comfortable,clean and well maintained but need more amenities like Tea maker, hangers with cupboard 👌👍

ROOMS The hotel has both congested and spacious rooms. We stayed in rooms no 120,119 . The rooms were filthy, with a foul smell. We had to call the room boys to clean it up again,which they did with much hesitation .The toilet seat was broken, and the room walls were full of mold.The fan in the room was far away from the bed; there was no option to open windows as the other side was the garage for used liquor and plastic bottles. The bed sheets and pillow covers were torn,the blanket that they provided was dirty, and they haven't seen water for at least a year. STAFF This is the first time we are seeing unpleasant staff who kept showing faces when asked for a change of rooms. Within a few minutes of check-in, the staff were compelling for payment, ,as if snatching .Such unprofessional behavior For the same rates, rooms are available at Munnar and Anachal. As we had no time and due to heavy rain, unfortunately, we chose purple after viewing the false reviews. The next day, we had to flee from the rooms to save our trip.
