The rooms are good and spacious. We will have a very awesome view of a mountain before us. Room service was so good for waste management. A worker came to us and told us that the paper plates which we use for food should be taken by us and disposed of. They can't dispose of our waste that was rude. Other than that you will not have food service here . There is a bakery under the hotel in the entrance

Good budget friendly hotel for bachelors and travellers with all basic amenities, they don't provide food but there are hotels near by and also there is a bakery below from where we can buy necessary snacks and water

Very nice atmosphere and very well maintained rooms. The staff are also well behaved.

Perfect place and Good Rooms .lot of parking space. Entrance of Kattappana town. Iam one of the regular customer of this Recidency from 7months. Iam staying 2days/week . Have not attached Restaurant. Service person available here..
