From day one, the staff was super friendly and always on time with the food. They made everything so easy and smooth — no waiting around or needing to call twice. The food was always hot, well-packed, and honestly way better than I expected. You can tell they put effort into presentation too, which was a nice touch.||One thing I really appreciated was how they paid attention to the little things. After just one order, they remembered I liked my coffee a certain way — that kind of attention really makes a difference. Even when I ordered late at night, the staff still showed up with a smile, which made me feel taken care of and appreciated as a guest.||They were always polite, never pushy, and kept things clean and professional. It’s small things like this that make a stay more memorable. I’ve stayed at a bunch of places before, but the room service here definitely stood out. We came here for a weekend getaway. The location of the resort is breathtaking with backwaters on one side and the sea on the other side. The stay, food, service and hospitality was very good. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend to everyone looking for a chill getaway

All was good, food and beach|Enjoyed our stay with wonderful treat|Food was delicious and yummy. Ambience was very nice. Service was excellent. Had a nice stay. We received personalized service from Praveen. The staff were courteous and helpful. Good luck and keep it up.

We came to this location to celebrate our mom’s 80th birthday and stayed for three days. The entire hospitality team did a very good job from welcoming us , room service, restaurant food and overall welcoming nature of the staff ensuring all our needs were met. I also liked their sustainability initiatives like glass bottles instead of plastic water bottles. The place is across from Cherrai Beach, we got to spend time walking on the beach during low tide and also take some really nice pictures. The facility provided us a nice hall for us celebrate my mom’s birthday. ||Special mention of some of the team members Praveen, Pranav, Jimmy, Kabir, Bharat, Sanya and the main chef Motilal.

My second club mahindra property visit and first one with entire family including parents. This is a old property right on the beach front and on the beach road. Quite accessible location. The property was undergoing some renovation at the time of visit. The parking was poor but the staff stated the reason being the renovation work. Rooms very comfortable but as stated the property itself was old and needs a complete re do. However the concept of the rooms and the staff courtesy deserve a 4 star. Before going to the property itself meal plan was discussed with the chef who gave us a offer price. On special prices we even got food outside the menu. Catering team was really amazing. So were the staff at the spa and other services. Family were very happy and parents were excited to stay in a different concept room. Hopefully the renovation will bring a stylish property in future as the location has scope for something grander. No review goes without stating how difficult and unsatisfying being a club Mahindra member is. Booking the room was an extreme challenge however the stay in property and the help from the staff made things better.

Excellent colonial style hotel with extensive menu. Best hotel experience of our holiday. Very clean, comfortable, relaxing and safe. Nothing was too much bother. Fresh fish every day, afternoon tea with Indian delicacies and very good breakfast buffet. Special thanks to the Head Chef for his daily attention to our personal preferences. Excellent hotel Manager and team. On the day of our arrival we were greeted by a lovely sunny smily young lady whose name we have forgotten and this set the tone for our whole stay! Well done team

Started with real poor service at check in to improved service after it was raised. So, responsive! The resort and rooms are comfortable. The pool is very, very poor. The 'beach' tag is a misnomer if you are thinking of a beach holiday. The restaurants down from the resort are excellent for local food. The Toddy Shop was a fun diversion! The sunrise houseboat trip with Unni the boatman was delightful?
