I experienced an absolutely excellent stay here for a yoga retreat in November 24. The hotel and staff deserve 10 stars. Everything was perfect, the food absolutely delicious and the staff were just a delight. Thank you so much for a very memorable and enjoyable stay. Best wishes Heather

A well managed and maintained resort. There are kids and adults activities, which are not so expensive. This is not so luxurious but a good option for a short stay with friends and family. One of the major attractions is the beachfront of the Indira Sands. Thanks

I spent a day out here with colleagues, and it was a great experience. The resort is clean and well-maintained, with a pleasant ambiance and a scenic location at Kuzhuppilly Beach. There’s a small lake offering water activities like kayaking, pedal boating, and water cycling. The adventure park features fun options such as zip-lining, rope cycling, and a glass bridge walk. It’s an ideal spot for spending time with friends and family, offering plenty of engaging activities. There’s also an indoor gaming area for games like carrom, as well as both indoor and outdoor pools. The food was good too.

The location was fantastic for a weekend trip, especially with friends. The resort is made even more lovely and complete by the beach in front of it and the lake behind it. The resort had a decent amount of activities, however the staff's approach towards them was poor.

Had a corporate event at Indriya Sands Resort. The location is scenic with a serene atmosphere. Enjoyed activities like zip lining, sky cycling, and kayaking. The ambience was good, but the food could be improved. Overall, a great spot for team outings with plenty of engaging activities.

I am Arun, and I recently stayed at Indirya Sands in Kuzhupilly, Ernakulam, with check-in on December 8, 2024, and check-out on December 9, 2024. I reserved a Backwater view room through Yatra.com at a promotional rate, which included complimentary breakfast. During my stay, I noted several advantages and disadvantages regarding the resort. - Advantages: 1. The location is exceptional, offering a stunning beach view right in front of the resort. 2. The complimentary breakfast provided in the morning was satisfactory in both quality and quantity. 3. The adventure activity area was an enjoyable feature. 4. As I traveled by bike, I did not encounter any issues with parking. 5. Although the pool was small, it was well-maintained and enjoyable. 6. The activity area charged 700 rupees per person for around eleven adventure and water activities, totaling 1,400 rupees for both of us, which we thoroughly enjoyed. - Disadvantages: 1. Upon confirming my reservation, I mentioned that it was a honeymoon trip and requested complimentary bed decorations. However, I received a message stating that it would cost 3,500 INR, leading me to cancel the request. It is generally expected that resorts offer such decorations complimentary for honeymooners, which was quite disappointing. 2. No welcome drinks was served. 3. The room did not meet expectations; one of the blankets provided was unclean. 4. The television had display issues, which was frustrating. 5. The trash bin was malfunctioning and would not open. While some of these issues may seem minor, guests who are spending between 7,000 and 9,000 INR per night, would appreciate greater attention to these details from your team. Thank you

I recently had the pleasure of staying at lndriya Sands and it was an absolute paradise! The moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a refreshing cocktail. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout my entire stay.The resort itself is stunning and the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities you could need. But what really made my stay stand out was the exceptional service. From the concierge team who helped me plan activities, to the restaurant staff who served up delicious meals, everyone went above and beyond to make sure I had an unforgettable experience. Thank you

I doubt if the full potential of the location is being explored by the resort. The rooms are OK. But food and service definitely needs a major overhaul. Especially considering the fact that food is prepared on advance demand, we expected it to be hot and tasty which it was not. Similarly there were flies on the sugar in the breakfast buffet. It could've been simply covered with a lid. Just an example. Otherwise staff was polite and helpful. If you can fix the issues mentioned, the resort has great multivisit value.
