Golden Sands Beach resort

I recently stayed at golden sand beach hotel and was extremely disappointed with the overall experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were unwelcoming and rude. The check-in process was slow, and the receptionist seemed annoyed by my questions. Throughout my stay, I encountered several issues that were handled poorly by the staff. When I requested extra glass, I was met with a dismissive attitude and had to wait over an hour. The housekeeping staff were also unprofessional, entering my room without knocking on multiple occasions. The worst part was the lack of basic courtesy and hospitality. The staff made me feel like an inconvenience rather than a guest. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay. It's located in a very narrow lane. You have to walk to reach the location. No parking nearby. It doesn't offer a sea view. No good spreads available for meals. Rooms are clean and basic. You can enjoy an isolated stay here. The staff is noisy and you will often hear them cackling amongst themselves. The sea is about 3 mins walk from the location

Golden sand beach resort. Location: It's located near the beach, but the path to this hotel is very narrow. So if you are reaching there by your own vehicle I would recommend other hotels . All hotels in this area have the same problem. Rooms: Rooms were good and well maintained. We stayed there for 2 days On the second day there was no cleaning, so we saw a few ants on our bed. Staff: Staff was not cooperative. I would not say everyone, only one person who was managing everything he was arrogant. We added complimentary breakfast in our booking. But he was annoyed by the fresh plates picked by the children. Overall rating. 3 start for proximity to beach and location. Otherwise it was not up to the Mark if I compare it to our other stays.

Excellent food and stay. Do recommend for family. It’s in the lap of nature. U may feel dissatisfied for approach road, but inside the resort it’s beautiful. Staffs are also cordial and food is delicious with the price . I do recommend for comfortable stay to chill.

We stayed 3day to this hotel. we only get 1 day hot water at morning. Person said Hot water is came during 5-7 am only. No shops provide after room cleaning.every day need to ask to give it. Room floor is sticky after room cleaning also.

Worst experience in the whole trip at this resort only. Worst service by staff, they are not handling the luggage properly. Rooms floor is sticky after cleaning also. There is also a limit for hot water. We got breakfast i.e. bread jam with an expired product.

The location is good..neat and clean..near to Kovalam beach.. swimming pool also..but only 1 water bottle they provided free of cost ..you have to pay extra with tax if u want another bottle. This is not acceptable. They also charged xtra 3.81 rupees for MRP-20/- water bottle. Overall it was good

Staff & managers don't know that how hospitality dept. runs... Created issue over asking a glass in room.. night staff behaviour is pathetic and instigated me to loose my temper by giving sarcastic smile.. and manager is also justifying his bad behaviour like all mistakes made by guest... Visited 5 more hotels in kerela but not seen this kind of unprofessional behaviour.. Ruined my last night stay in kerela.
