Le Montfort Resort

We stayed for a night with my family between our busy schedule but once after arriving we felt it was the best decision ever!! |This place had everything that we didn't need to step out. It's a big property on top of hill with breathtaking view and they had so many activities that we could cover. Their staffs were so humble and the rooms were so beautiful and well maintained. I would recommend this place for those who would like to spend quality time with their dear ones.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my family, and it was a memorable experience! The resort is about 6 km off the main road, providing a peaceful retreat with stunning views of the mountains and valley. The staff and manager were warm and welcoming, always ready to assist with a friendly attitude that made us feel right at home. However, there are a few areas for improvement. Room service was a bit slow, and a few of our requests were either missed or not fully understood. While the main meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) offered a nice variety, more options—especially for vegetarians—would be appreciated. Additionally, having snacks or light meals available throughout the day would add convenience for guests outside regular meal times. Overall, I’d highly recommend this hotel for its lovely ambiance, great location, and comfortable rooms. With a few service improvements, it would be absolutely top-notch!

We had a great stay at Le Montfort. Having booked last minute we didn’t know what to expect, but the entrance, hotel and rooms were very impressive, clean and everything felt new. The building is beautiful and views from the hotel and pool are incredible looking over the mountains. ||The staff were very helpful, engaging and spoke great English and Malayalam. The food was really good and there was a bonfire in the evening you can sit by for a while. ||Overall we loved our stay and would absolutely recommend.

We came here for our Anniversary & to be honest it was one of the best resort i hv stayed. We had an amazing stay here. Its an all in one package being it location, weather, rooms, amenities, ambience, food & specially staff are so polite & well trained. I would highly recommend this place to those who are nature lovers & enjoy serenity. Its a soulful place. I just loved it.

Additionally, the trekking experience through the nearby trails was exhilarating and well-organized. We had a pleasant two-night stay in a spacious room with beautiful wooden interiors. The staff was polite, professional, and attentive. We enjoyed the early morning trek and campfire. While the food was good, it was on the pricier side. The property is a bit far from the city center, ideal for those seeking peace and quiet. However, the road to the property is in poor condition, and there’s no phone signal, though the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. We enjoyed our stay.

Awesome location, beautiful rooms, good service. The place was covered in mist both evening and morning. I got a corner room it was pretty big and spacious. Breakfast was fine too. Highly recommended for a Munnar visit. Only feedback not to put any music at bon fire in the night.

This is a excellent find, blend of heritage and modern luxury. Rooms I got was very spacious, corner room it was. Staff and services are extremely good. Food was excellent. There was a lot of mist in both evening and morning. Resort has a amazing view.
