The Wind Munnar

Stay was Awesome. Very hygienic rooms and service was good. Food was top notch. Our room had an amazing mountain view which we really enjoyed it. Best Stay! Worth the money!

Very Disappointing Stay at The Wind Munnar I recently stayed at The Wind Munnar, and it was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I relied on the photos and reviews online, but this 3-star property is far from what was promised. There’s no pool, and the garden they advertise is actually just a small, cramped space. If you’re okay with a basic lodge, you might manage, but if you’re expecting a proper hotel, I suggest looking elsewhere. I definitely won’t be recommending this place to anyone.

Disappointing experience, not worth the price I recently stayed at the Wind Munnar, and unfortunately, my experience fell far below expectations. While we were hopeful for a relaxing and enjoyable stay, several issues made this visit disappointing. Only plus point was, the location of the property and everything was substandard or worse. For the price, I expected much better. The Hotel charged high but failed to deliver even basic standards. Even MakeMyTrip also displays old photographs of the property so you can't ascertain conditions of the property. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to others.

We expected a good view from the room, but there was another building blocking the view from our room. The corner cliff room with view is available in one or two rooms and not all. Should not spend more than 1500 for this stay . Food is average. The lighting in the room and bathroom were dull.

The stay was awesome. The main highlight is the fog which cover us even we are inside the room. The resort is situated in a forest area which is free from all kind of pollution and crowd. Hospitality also appreciable..

It is not a 3-star hotel - (They don't even cover some basic things) 1. They have a generator but ignored the call during the current cut time, which was nearly four hours. Management people were not even attending our call during that time. In the morning, they were just saying **** reasons... totally can't accept (they created a panic situation, too). They just gave me a paper bill, which looks fishy! 2. They don't have a swimming pool, as reported in the Google image photos and the room is not maintained 3. Never recommend this ***** resort to anyone

We book two room for our client during the Check in our guest, looked at their room conditions. The room were quite smelly. Bedsheets Dirty, earthworms, Insects. Our guest was not satisfied to stay there and we asked for the advance payment which we paid In full. Owner refused to pay the amount back. Our guest left the hotel without having a stay hence, I request all the travel agents and the travelers not to fall in the trap Looking at the photos. The services are very terrible and unhygienic. I have also registered a complaint with the Tourism as well as Indian consumer for

Room : The room is spacious and 4 people can accommodate in the room. 2 people can sleep on the normal bed and 2 people can sleep on the sofa which can be covered into bed. The room is neatly maintained. Scenary from the room is amazing. Food : Here we have to pre-book the food we want. The list ad price would be shared if contacted to the hotel. Food is nice. Hygiene is maintained properly. Service: The provide a very good service. They give instant response for our request. Cons : Swimming pool is not present as shown in the picture.
