Other than the location and view nothing much to speak about. Rooms are filthy , fixtures broken , staff are not able to communicate properly. We booked an extra bed but were given a mattress stating that the bed comes in the premium category. Morning breakfast scenes are like a fish market. Its best to avoid this place.

Very good experience and helpful staff was there. Marise lvam,tanush,raja,aadhi..they were helpful during our 4 days stay.

Completely hopeless and helpless hotel when its windy literally wind comes from sliding windows and in that windows and gates of balcony are not in working condition... about food they are beef serving hotel so vegetarian people be careful and in that tasteless food is there...about location it is completely outside of munnar near slum area..it is suitable for horror movie shooting bcoz rooms are in that type of condition...when we asked for hot water for bath there were lukewarm water is there and it's too cold when I enquired they said "itna he garam pani ayega" and the outside temperature was below 4 degrees Celsius....so not recommended for family specially with kids.....it's not 3 star property it's categoryless property...so much things are there to mention but I have no words of that level....no parking area...... worst worst hotel I have seen in my life....

No hot water, pathetic room service. Poor cot and bed maintenance. My family did not like this property. This is far from Munnar by 6 kilometres.

Its good place to stay. We stayed a day and the service was too good. All the arrangements were good. There was no restaurant near by so we have to go down and have to take food. Morning free breakfast available. Overall good place to stay.

It was nice experience also food is testy and service provide is excellent. Hotel staff visnu is great person and his great provide service. Specially thanks to Mr.Vasant sir very politely talking and great support. Thanks to everyone.memorable stay in this hotel.and enjoy.

Rooms are good Location is best But lack of staff, mismanagement is found. Only 1 person does all the things in resturant so we have to wait quite longer. Otherwise best service.
