The Breeze Resort Munnar

I stayed here for 3 nights. The view from balcony was great. The rooms are spacious. The stay is quiet, private and soothing overall. The receptionist was good and always responded well. There were few concerning points for which i would recommend to explore other options before going with this property. There were insects and lizard in my room. There was no refiling of toiletries and changing of bedsheets by the staff of it was not asked. I ordered dinner which was not good, so other days i ate outside only.

The stay was average. We booked the valley view family room of resort for 2 days after reading online reviews. bt there was no valley view. Resort is nt too good. Bed was nt neat n clean. Bedding were not sufficient and were dirty, smells bad. Even we changed the beddings. Nothing was in the room. For everything , I have to ask the staff n the service was too late. Bt the Breakfast was nice one. Very disappointed with the stay. Will nt refer to anyone. If anyone is booking here, plz confirm everything before the stay.

Lot of insects, not done proper cleaning. Dangerous place to stay at night. Horrible Experience. Don’t trust the outside image and book the hotel, as you will regret after you visit the hotel. You will not able to sleep at night and its a dead end this hotel.

We are pleasent to stay hear, it is a very good hotel and it is in between fully covered by mountain and forest , we felt like we stayed in nature, green and fully peaceful locations, I strongly recommend to stay in this Hotel, it is very good, and their all staff members are very cooperative and good nature

Booked a room at The Breeze Resort Munnar(Agoda Prefered). The rooms are unclean, having fungal infesation, unclean to the core. And only double bed rooms are available (paid for King Size bed), open electrical end points. Highly unsafe for anyone. This is definitely not a 3 star hotel.
