Fantastic value for money resort in the area. Clean rooms, great ambience and environment. Staffs are very courteous and helpful. Food is great too. 100% worth the money. Note: the road to reach the resort may not be great with steep slopes and bad tarmac.

Do not stay here. I had a very bitter experience on 20th. & 21st Nov, 2024. there was no stairs for my rooms. It was purely slope like a climbing on the hill. Manager is very rude & arrogant. I had a short argument for slopping which is very much unethical. When I raised a question @ 10.30 pm, he said to leave the hotel & your advance is forfeited. My wife had a nerve issue & she can not move much. But that manager was really an inhuman. Later on, when I entered the room, I found a wild insect inside the room. I had a proof of photo & also send it to him. Foods are not good. Worst location. Do not stay here. Do not waste your money. The two nights were nightmare to my family.

Great location. Well maintained rooms. Utilize the pool facilities. It's awesome. Great for families. PS - Just a point of improvement would be to reduce the chlorine content in the pool. It's OK for adults but not for the children. Amazing service. The food was excellent. Everything that we ordered was well prepared. Genuine rates as well. Thanks team Zenha... Will definitely recommend this place to my friends travelling to Munnar.

Our stay at the property was an exceptional experience. The staff, rooms, and overall atmosphere were truly serene. The highlight of the property is the scenic view from the mountain-view rooms, which are spacious and well-appointed. The staff promptly attended to all our requests. The chef, Mr. Ravi, is a wonderful person with expertise in both North and South Indian cuisine. Overall, this property is highly recommended for a vacation, and the infinity pool adds an unforgettable touch to the stay.

We did not have warm water in the room. They call it a technical problem and so many guests had the same issue. Horrible experience after paying almost 11k rupees for 2 days. The road is also broken to reach the hotel. Staff is also incredibly rude and unhelpful. After more than 2 hours of waiting, we left the hotel because no one helped us They treated us very poorly. Absolutely not recommended staying here. There are no stairs either. If you want to go for breakfast or pool, there is a steep approach which is risky for older family members.

The manager is extremely rude. We received no water in our bathrooms. After running behind the staff for 2 hours also, we did not get any water. We left the hotel without taking a bath, and the manager and staff was incredibly disrespectful. They also lied to us during billing and added some weird charges. We paid extra money for a bed and were charged for it again. Each bottle of water was also billed, when we had already paid extra for everything. There are also insects and lizards inside the bathroom and room. Not very hygienic. Absolutely horrible experience for 10k rupees for two days. The approach road is also broken and bumpy and can cause back issues. I would not recommend staying here. there are many alternatives nearby or directly in Munnar who know how to serve better. When we asked to use ANY free bathroom for taking a bath - they lied to us and said no room is free. We found two empty rooms . We tried to provide a solution and yet did not get any water. Edit: the manager has the camera recordings and we have photos and proof to prove everything. Calling it a budget issue is a very belittling thing to do to guests. this is exactly the unhospitable behavior we received at the hotel - when we paid the full amount in advance for the suite. Our driver had a commission setup with the hotel and they swindled us out of money. That's why I am hoping that other travellers can be warned beforehand.

We had an incredible honeymoon at zenha resorts! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The resort was beautiful and so well-maintained. Our room was cozy and offered stunning views, making our stay even more special. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and happy. The amenities were fantastic, and we especially loved the pool. The food was delicious too. We’re so thrilled with our experience that we’ll definitely be recommending to our family and friends. Thank you for making our trip unforgettable!
