Raarees Mist Resort

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this resort. The staff was warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room was spacious, clean and beautifully decorated with all amenities I needed. Overall I highly recommend to anyone looking for a hassle free stay.

My stay at RaaRees Mist Resort was a nightmare from start to finish. The property listing is a scam—they use photos of Elixir Hills Resort to deceive guests. The manager blatantly lied, claiming the two are the same property, and we weren’t the only ones duped. The resort’s location is remote and inaccessible, with no mobile signal and pothole-ridden roads that are dangerous at night. Both managers were incredibly greedy, constantly pushing overpriced sightseeing packages. Privacy was non-existent as they kept knocking on our door for petty reasons. Hygiene was atrocious—our bathroom stank, furniture was broken, and amenities were nonexistent. No kettle, no toiletries, and towels were only provided after multiple requests and hours of waiting. The food was subpar, and the complimentary breakfast was the same bland menu every day. This resort offers zero value for money. It’s a poorly maintained, mismanaged property that survives on deception. Do yourself a favor and stay far away.

Hotel people are actually greedy. Even if you have booked the rooms well in advance is no good if they are able to get higher price for the same rooms they will without notifying you cancel your bookings. The worst part is you can't do much as it won't bother them while you struggle to find another stay for yourself.

This hotel is a scam. They are listed on booking.com with different names. The rooms are full of mold. Everything smells soooo bad. Bathrooms are soo dirty. Can’t express how disgusted I was! ;(

Rooms & service was okay, but the location was not that good.. You have to travel around 9 kms from the Munnar town..if u have any offroad vehicle u can choose this resort because the road condition was not that much good.. Food quality was just okay.. There is no other restaurants nearby.. If u want any peaceful stay from metropolitan pollutions & atrocities, u can try this Resort.. Parking slot was little horrible

Difficult to find, advertised under multiple names. Rooms are dirty and full of mold, not good for health. All furnitures have mold and bathrooms are not clean.
