Tea Mount Suites

One of the worst resorts in Munnar. It was well maintained but only in pictures. Service was average. Hot water was offered but not given. Beds with low comfort. A 1 litre bottle of water was provided for 4, Additional costs 20. No well maintained water supply nor clean spaces. Only thing seems high are the prices. For this kinda price range you could get way better resorts. Never doing this mistake again..

The rooms were very neat and tidy. The food quality and service was also good. The view outside was outstanding. We enjoyed the campfire at night. There was a small garden behind the hotel. I highly recommend this place for families

Please don't book this resort. If you're reading this before booking please don't book.I was stayed on deluxe room April 16th 2022.2 rooms are booked 702 and 703. It's not suitable for families. Resort is located bit inside from main road (Gap Road). Only 700m from main road, but that 700M is bit risky. Please avoid night traveling. They only need money. Before giving room key the need full payment. After seeing room I understood why the need full payment. Rooms are below average. Rooms and bathroom are not hygiene. There is no carpet in the room. Even they are not changing the beed sheets. In the case of bathroom taps are not working. Reported to the manager no use he will not respond. They are not provide towels. Rooms are not maintaining properly. lots of shelf's available but we can't use it, its very dirty. This is just a brief summary. One more thing to say, this resort was a good choice if they maintain the resort on time. Location was good.

Room is good. The property is bit inside and at hilly location. The road to property is bit risky. Even they have own kitchen every time they do not provide own food. Most of the time they told to visit nearby hotel. In website they mention campfire available but actually they do not serve it. They give reason like you should mention in morning itself so that we pick wood for campfire, but they should know any traveler can ask for it and they should be prepared before that only.

The rooms are good for families and bachelors at a low cost. The behavior of the staff is very polite, the food is good and the rooms are clean. The resort offers unforgettable views.

Very poor Management and services, Breathtaking view n Location. Rooms and comman area are very unhygienic and poorly managed. Food is an absolute disaster. To be honest this place has all the potential but no effort, While the property right next door is Awesome n well managed with Good Staff n wonderful service and hygiene. We stayed here n ended up ordering and spending most of our time in the property right in front of them :) hope things improve soon !!

Service is pathetic.. ☹️ very much disappointed... 🙏🙏 It's not worth for the money.. We have paid ₹2688 on 16/04/2022 for my family. Room was not cleaned when we reached at 3:30PM. They made us to wait for 30 mins outside. Room was average and good views. Maintenance of the room is not happening. They have not provided drinking water and towel. We have requested 3 times still not given. Breakfast was below average. Poor and Masala was given. Masala was full watery. TV was not working. Hot was available only in the morning. Bed was not comfortable. Only good thing was view from the room. We stayed in 2 Window suite room. Highly NOT recommended stay in Tea Mount Suites.

Very beautiful and pleasant views. But the way to hotel is very risky for two wheeler. One person had to walk. The service is nice and attendive. You will not get internet service. They provide food at reasonable price with average taste. About half hour drive from munnar central area
