budget friendly , not luxurious . good for friends to stay . rate - 1800 for 4 persons in june - july season , nt sure about peak season .

Absolutely 0 stars they dont even clean the room and don’t even bother to change the bedsheets the restroom wash like a public restroom and was very dirty so please do not go to this hotel

The rooms are congested and the behavior of the manager is very rude. They are not willing to provide basic amenities like bath towel and soap to whom staying in hotel. There is no proper water facility and no proper drinking water facility.. totally staying here is waste of money..

We were total of 6 persons , we took family room and they charged 2k for us after bargaining. Pros : Good room service 💯 Hot water 24/7 👍 Safe for families ☺️ Very nearby to town 🤌 Nearby good veg and non veg hotels🫠 Budget friendly 🫶 Cons : Dirty bedsheet and covers ( but if we ask them then they change immediately 5 ⭐ room service) Bit smelly as drainage is nearby Bathrooms were bit dirty

Worst Experience ever. I suggest every traveller to munnar should avoid this hotel. Reception guy is a flirt, he used to try flirt with womens. Very worst rooms and not valued for the money we spent. Kindly avoid this hotel. Not even worthy for 1 star. We were 4, stayed in two bedroom room. He told that they give only 2 towels ! 2 soaps. Room is not having fan. They wont return ur money if u r moving out immediately after making payment. Worst behaviour and poor attitude towards the people. Using abusive words.

Rooms are not clean and hotel receptionists are very rude. They are not even given towels and bath soaps. Bed spreads are smelling very bad and I feel it’s not at all cleaned.
