AUGUST RESIDENCY

The stay at August residency was very comfortable. The room was clean and spacious. The best part was the pool amidst the nature .i had a best experience staying there with my family. The only thing that has to be improved is the road which leads to the resort. Its little bit narrow and need to be maintained. Other than that everything was perfect 👍

Recently I was stayed in this property with my college friends. Rooms were clean and tidy. Location was amazing with peaceful & pleasant ambience. Staffs were very helpful and friendly. Swimming pool is good, DJ campfire 🔥 was excellent. Many tourists attractions are nearby this property. Totally an excellent experience. Recommending this hotel for family trips, and group trip..

August Residency is an awesome property at an affordable price. We went with 58 family people. We booked 13 rooms for 2 days. We enjoyed it a lot. The location was very nice. I would like special thanks to the property manager Vishnu. He is very polite and humble and supports us a lot.. As I went on the bus and the bus would not go till resort but when I said about our situation about kids and senior citizens, he arranged a mini auto for the pick up and drop facility. He arranged a DJ and BBQ facility that was also an awesome time. The swimming pool was also nice. He allowed us in the evening also. They provided their own bike to get some groceries. No one will support this extreme level. The service men also cleaned the floor whenever we requested additional goods as we came from the swimming pool with a gang of people.

Note: ||We were a group of five people with all above 50 years of age except me and we had a car to more around||||Location:||||This place is not in a very happening place of Waynad. It is located closely to Sulthan Batthery, the town. If you have a vehicle to move around and you are not looking for a very flashy place, then August Residency is highly recommended||||Rooms and Amenities||||Very well maintained rooms which really matched the pictures shown by OYO. We used two rooms, which had a large double bed and all accessories like a std. hotel. We did not choose the A/C rooms (not sure if they have one). The bathrooms were spacious. They have an additional dining space in a common area just outside the rooms [ Nearby restaurants deliver food, you just need to check it at the reception]||||The complimentary breakfast is not a spread. You get only a couple of dishes, almost-homemade. But that is not a disappointment for their budget pricing.Walking around their property, i could see space for camp fire too [ We did not choose]. Parking could be an issue if the occupancy is full. ||||All together a very well maintained, silent, super budget hotel.

I had been to this hotel with my family of 6 adults and 2 children in mid October. Weather was good, din really needed AC as the room we took did not include AC in it. The hotel was very clean with the beautiful surrounding. The staffs are very friendly, helpful and welcoming. |Though they have limited options in their breakfast and the hotel location is a kilometer off the main road. |However for the amount they charge, it is worth the stay and value for money. Certainly will recommend you all. |

We stayed here for 2 nights during end of June 2017. It was little difficult initially to locate the hotel. Approach road is somewhat narrow but they have suitable parking facility. There in-house cook was not available at that time and they arranged food from outside. Breakfast was provided. Bathroom was big and clean. Overall decent experience and good for short stay.

Just felt kidu..!! Such a peaceful atmosphere. Hospitality aan ettom best part ayi thonniyath.. the staffs were too good and super supportive. Whenever you visit wayanad, august residency is a very good option for a budget friendly stay..!!

Good rooms at affordable price, clean rooms, pool available, parking available, need to go 200 meter inside from main road. Rooms have common dining hall and sitouts ..
