Extremely disappointing stay. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Not even basic amenities were available. The room was poorly maintained, unhygienic, and nothing matched what was promised. Definitely not worth the money. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I've went to Thekkady with my family, I've searched rooms for stay, by ending I've got the decent price with good ambience in near by Thekkady boating check post. The manners of staff were good, and patience, we enjoyed our trip thanks for Thekkady Arasi resort.

Worst hotel I have ever visited. Do not book this hotel. The rooms are full of mold and stink. The bathroom looks filthy and smells bad, even after using air fresheners. For half the day, there was no water supply—water stopped at 6:45 AM, and they manually refilled the tank only by 4:30 PM. One room was directly above the hotel sump, which they had covered with a carpet. When we asked the hotel management about it, he said there was nothing to worry about, as the sumps are strong enough to hold our weight, and he started laughing about it. There were no basic amenities like towels, blankets, or even a bathroom mat. Despite asking for these essentials, the staff just neglected us. There is a lot to complain about; the only thing I will say is: even if this is the last hotel available in Thekkady, do not book it—it's better to cancel your whole trip than stay here.

Except hotel reception, every place is unhygienic. Frequent power cut, frequent water cut, hot water is limited. The basic amenities like towels and bedsheets are not provided and you get poor response from staffs. Not worth for the price you pay.
