Jungle Park Resorts | Premium Resorts in Thekkady

My experience at Jungle Park Resort was disappointing, mainly because of the food service. At dinner, the service was very poor. Although the resort advertises unlimited food, the staff served food very slowly and often ignored our requests. We had to wait a long time for refills, which defeated the purpose of an unlimited buffet. The chicken served also did not seem fresh. The breakfast experience was even worse. The buffet had very limited options, mainly bhature and idli. The previous night, we had already informed the staff that our group wanted eggs instead of some buffet items, but they did not make proper arrangements. We were a group of 7 people, yet they initially served only 5 eggs. When we requested more, they kept delaying and finally told us that the eggs were finished and that any additional eggs would be chargeable. Overall, the food quality, service, and hospitality were not up to expectations. I hope the management improves the dining experience and staff responsiveness for future guests.

The resort is located at a really convenient location with Periyar national forest ticket counter just 5m walk away. The balconies face the national park so it is great space to sit at during the night. The service was top notch and the restaurant food was great. Loved the food. The rooms are cozy and overall feel of the resort is very relaxing.

100% recommend. Situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty, Jungle Park Resort offers a unique experience of the charms of Thekkady. Welcoming me was an attractive building with a sleekly fashioned interior and stylish rooms overlooking lush greenery. Throughout my stay, nothing less than exceptional treatment was provided by highly professional staff. A wide-ranging selection of quality cuisines was offered to satisfy my selective palette, and the resort's design allowed for the safe viewing of incredible wildlife, particularly elephants. It's ideal location facilitates a balanced blend of urban and rural, enabling a taste of the best of both worlds. With Munnar a short trip away, nature enthusiasts cannot depart unfulfilled. Overall, this resort is sure to satiate through its inviting amenities, world-class service and creative originality. Awesome job!

Had a wonderful stay at Jungle Park! It's a safe and peaceful place with truly exceptional hospitality. We stayed on the 2nd floor, and the balcony view was absolutely beautiful. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, rich in flavor, and had a great variety of South Indian, North Indian, and Kerala dishes. Their lunch and dinner menu is also very affordable and incredibly tasty. A must-try is the Malabar parotta with prawn curry—adipoli!😍 Thank you for making our Thekkady trip so comfortable and memorable. We'll definitely be back!

We took 6 rooms for group vacation. The rooms are spacious and value for money. But the Cleanness wise has to improve. The food in hotel restaurants not to say good. Complimentary breakfast was limited choice. “The Idly” would be better if soft. Customer service is really need to improve a lot. I was misplaced my room key and informed to the front desk. I was able to pay penalty for that. The receptionist’s reply was really rude and irresponsible. I still can accept his reply “we don’t have spare key here and need to go 5km to take the key back at another office”. He indirectly asked me to sleep outside. That was really rude. Luckily I found the key. Hope the management detailed the matter improves in future.
