⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a truly relaxing and memorable stay at Coffee Inn Thekkady. The resort is beautifully located amidst nature, offering a peaceful atmosphere away from the busy town area. Surrounded by greenery, the property gives a calm and refreshing vibe, perfect for families, couples, and even group travelers. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well maintained with all the basic amenities required for a comfortable stay. The interiors were simple yet elegant, and the beds were very comfortable. Waking up to the cool Thekkady climate and natural surroundings was a wonderful experience. The staff were extremely courteous, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. Their hospitality made us feel welcome and cared for. The service was prompt, and they were always ready to assist with any request. The food was tasty and hygienic, with good variety and homely flavors. Overall maintenance of the resort was excellent, and the peaceful environment makes it a perfect getaway spot. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Thekkady and looking for a comfortable and calm stay experience. Definitely worth visiting again! 🌿✨

Amazing place at the heart of Thekkady. Beautiful rooms and amazing aesthetics. Staffs were extremely good and kind! Safer for solo women travellers too. If you are looking for beautiful stay at reasonable price Coffee inn is the one.

We stayed two nights in this cute and nice hotel on the quiet lake road. From our balcony we had a wonderful view of the national park and saw some animals in the morning. Bit of a surprise when some of the animals decided to join us on the balcony! The monkeys were quick and a bit aggressive but since we had no breakfast for them they moved on after we had closed the door. Our room was rather small, we had booked a room with a double bed and an extra bed because we were two adults and two small children. The extra bed was actually a small sofa that we could put next to the double bed. Not the most comfortable but it worked for two nights. The manager was very friendly and accommodating.

We had an overnight stay (Feb 26th) in Thekkady to visit Periyar boating. It’s an affordable place for a short stay. They allotted us a balcony-view room, which was nice. The property has a vintage feel, so don’t expect modern luxury — but it’s decent and comfortable for a quick stay. I read few reviews complaining about cockroach but our room was clean ! Hopefully we got a better room 😔 The location is very convenient, just about 500 meters from the boating point and around 800 meters from the Thekkady Cultural Centre. We stayed with my wife and our 9-year-old child and had a comfortable experience. The property manager was welcoming and helpful. Overall, a good option for a budget overnight stay. Cons: Blankets and pillows can be better!

The check-in was quick and easy. The staff is very welcoming and polite. Our room was spacious and clean. Unfortunately, it was very noisy as it was located towards the road and the room had holes in the walls towards the corridor. Therefore we received noise until late in the night by the traffic, the generator outside, the huge neighbouring hotel and guests in the rooms next door. The balcony in the direction of the road was useless. Moreover, wifi was not reliable. The guesthouse was recommended as all in one: A place with a view towards nature with a chance to see wildlife combined with a garden restaurant. But all of this is sadly not existing anymore! The view is limited due to a new big hotel next door. Additionally, there is no restaurant on site. Moreover, the garden is not inviting for guests, it currently lacks proper options for seating and even the wooden viewing tower towards nature is a ruin. All without a perspective of being reopened soon.
