Villa Sasha By Elixir Cliff

Very bad hotels. Made to feel very unwelcome by reception as soon as we entered. No greeting just grabbed room keys and showed us room keys| No towels in room. One room tv did not work and they couldn't fix it. My room no tv was there. I went for a walk and found exlir cliff main hotel got more information from gate security than from reception in our hotel was told about high tea which we were not made aware of. Asked for manager who wouldn't come to hotel until I demanded. His name Arun, very rude and arrogant would not listen to me blamed booking agent for everything until I said booking agent not uncharged of hotel, tv, towels etc. Did not offer any appology but walked away as I was speaking. Will never stay at this hotel again did not feel comfortable or welcome. Everytime I went to reception made to feel like I was troubling them. Breakfast at main hotel Exlir Cliff worst we had on whole tour got a better Breakfast on houseboat. Way to beach very dangerous but a guest from another hotel showed us an easier way to get back Hotel Luca. Don't waste your money sure there are better hotels.

Villa Sasha was a great experience. The rooms are spacious, food was okay. I would 100% recommend to go for this property rather than their resort property. The waiting time is a bit high to checkin, the internet is not great. Everything else is fine. The swimming in the other property is better than this one.

We recently visited with friends and had a great experience. The view is absolutely amazing, especially the sunset from the cliff—it’s something you shouldn’t miss. The overall ambience is calm and perfect to relax with friends. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the service was good throughout. Special thanks to Vishnu at reception—a genuinely kind and helpful person who made our stay even better. Overall, a great place with beautiful views and good hospitality. Would definitely visit again!

The hotel has decent rooms, but they feel quite dated and nothing particularly memorable. The highlight of the stay was definitely the beautiful beach views and the easy access to a private beach area, which made for a relaxing experience. Unfortunately, the food was a major disappointment. The breakfast buffet genuinely reminded me of my college hostel days — and not in a nostalgic way. The quality and taste were pretty horrendous, especially considering the expectations you’d have from a beachside hotel. Overall, the location and beach access saved the experience.

Villa Sasha by Elixir Cliff is situated close to the main Elixir Resort and spa. The property is located I a scenic spot in the South Varkala cliff overlooking the ocean. The rooms are spacious and the staff is helpful. Overall it's a good experience if you are looking for a calm and serene stay. One downside this property doesn't have in yourself dining or restaurant. You have to use the dining area of Elixir Resort and Spa even for the complimentary breakfast.
