“Great location” The rooms are okay and clean. The staff are very cooperative especially Divya Madam. We stayed for 2 days and really loved the rooms. We had taken deluxe rooms and were happy with the booking. One room, there was issue with TV, but they made sure to provide a new one on the same day itself. Breakfast is too good. The main point about the hotel is the location. The location is great. Very prime. There is a bar nearby too. The rooms are not very luxurious but for the price i got, it was a deal. Suite rooms are better with extra charge if money is not an issue.

This is located in a great location. Has a small number of within premises car and bike parking. Rooms can be very clean provided you tell them in advance. That is a great quality. Shout out to Divya for making sure the rooms were cleaned and ensuring all the services were prompt. This is my second stay and they have recently started room service for breakfast and dinner only with limited items. Food is decent too. 2nd floor views are great.. For some downsides, there is no lift to the higher floors. At times, there can be power outages or other technical issues like TV not working due to rain or so. The shower head works only to one direction (straight down) so essentially you have to stand really close to the wall to take a shower. Toileteries are like scarce for the price. Just basic 2 small soaps, 2 small packets of shampoo. There can be noises from the road as its located right on the helipad.Thats it. If you are on a budget, Prices may seem on the higher side for everything but nevertheless a comfortable stay with minor things that can be improved.

The location of the property is too good. Very near to the North cliff walking pavement, easy to spot. The staff is super friendly , helpful and kind. Pool was well kept. Rooms were also very pretty, clean and cozy. Bathroom was well maintained although not fancy or contemporary. It is an old style hotel, well maintained . I got the corner room in 1st floor which had an excellent view of both the beach horizon as well as the pool. All rooms have balconies & are front facing. Food was decent, cooked on order basis only. Limited menu but decent. Good for solo female travellers with a mid budget as well.

Hello All, I am Varadharaj. Me and my family had a pleasant stay at The Sanctum Springs Beach Resorts. The rooms were clean and spacious. The resort is located opposite the beach ⛱️ and close to all the North Cliff cafes. Most of the room balconies have a beach view. There is an in-house restaurant with a limited menu, and the food was average. The swimming pool was not very clean or well maintained. For elders, pregnant women, and differently-abled guests ♿️, there is no lift facility, so it is better to book ground floor rooms. Otherwise, the staff members were good, especially Manager Diya, who was soft-spoken and very gentle. All the restaurants, cafes, and taxi stands are within walkable distance. Had an absolutely wonderful stay here! The location was perfect for sightseeing, right in the heart of the city. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and came with incredibly comfortable king beds. A special shout-out to the front desk team who made us feel at home from the moment we checked in. The morning breakfast buffet had an amazing variety of fresh options. Will definitely choose this hotel again!"
