Maadathil Beach Resort

We had a wonderful stay at this resort! The staff were exceptionally courteous, friendly, and always ready to help. Their hospitality and service were truly outstanding and made our stay even more enjoyable. The sea view is absolutely breathtaking, making it a perfect place to relax and unwind. The overall ambience, cleanliness, and guest experience were excellent. The only minor drawback is the condition of the last 1 km of road leading to the resort, which could be improved. Other than that, everything was perfect. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with amazing hospitality and stunning ocean views!

We had a wonderful 3-night stay in the sea-facing villa, and the experience was absolutely amazing! The location is easily a 10/10, with a beautiful scenic view of the sea right outside the room. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and flexible. They helped us arrange a scooty for all three days, which made getting around so much easier. A few things to keep in mind: breakfast is served at the cottage property, which is about a 2-minute walk away. The road leading to the resort is also a little narrow. The property is slightly away from the busy side of Varkala, which we actually really enjoyed—it’s a much more peaceful and serene part of Varkala. The cliff is around a 10–15 minute scooty ride away. These are just a few pointers to keep in mind and did not affect our overall experience at all. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful stay with beautiful sea views!

The way Mr. Aslam, the property Manager takes care of the guests is absolutely commendable. He is warm, extremely knowledgable, ever ready to help and find solutions for every guest. He is a treasure trove on local lore and legend and a pleasure to talk to. He runs the place with quiet efficiency. Right from an auto-rickshaw, suggestions for places to see and a taxi he has it all sorted. It was a joy to stay here. The room was beautiful and traditionally done with an amazing view of the sea.

We had an amazing stay! The location is perfect, with the sea just a short walk away and breathtaking views all around. Waking up to the sound of the morning waves and ending the day with a spectacular sunset made our trip truly unforgettable. The ambiance is peaceful and relaxing, the nearby cliffs are stunning, and the beach is perfect for playing in the water, or simply enjoying the fresh sea breeze. The food was delicious, and the local people were warm and welcoming. A special thanks to Vishnu, who made our stay even more memorable. He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and always greeted us with a genuine smile that instantly made us feel welcome. His positive attitude and kindness really stood out and added a personal touch to our experience. The staff as a whole were attentive and hospitable. This is the kind of place where you can simply relax, enjoy the beach, admire the views, and make lasting memories. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful two-night stay at maadathil Beach Resort, Varkala. The balcony sea view was absolutely stunning, and waking up to the sound of the waves was a beautiful experience. The atmosphere was very peaceful, calm, and relaxing. One of the things we loved most was the private beach access. It was not crowded, which made our stay feel even more special and comfortable.
